    So early day at work today guys good thing I packed my bad and meals last night haha

    good nights sleep aside from the fact I woke up in puddles of sweat a couple of times the wife wasnít happy but that was the worst of it 😂

    so far just took 50mg proviron
    probiotics
    fiber
    multivitamin

    body feels great muscles feel full

    have upper muscle rounds b split today which I feel will be an amazing session hope everyoneís up killing whatever they are doing

    Update on today guys 100% chance of it sucks lol work is a disaster ended up working extra 5 hours that I donít get paid for because the guy never came to work, and arguing with the body shop about my car after some asshole sideswiped me lmao so needles to say canít wait to hit the weights and blow off some steam

    Meal 1:
    7 oz 97 ground beef
    1.5 cups jasmine rice
    1/2 avocado

    Meal 2:
    7 oz chicken breast
    8 oz potato
    1 cup green beans

    Meal 3: ( Pre workout): I eat this about an hour to an hour and a half before hitting the gym usually

    5 whole eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 bagel
    1 tbsp PB

    Gunna need a preworkout today so Iíll guzzle that and hit upper muscle rounds today will update the workout after hope everyone else day is going better than mine so far lol

    Alright guys has a great workout even after this long crazy day the weights were what I needed so I didnít strangle anyone lol

    Upper muscle rounds split A done with 6x4 which is 4 reps with 5 breathes in after done 6 time in a row these seem like arenít too bad but they are no joke haha

    Incline hammer press machine was taken
    210(+10lbs)* failed on 2nd rep of 6th set
    210* did 4 full sets failed on 2nd partial rep of 5th set

    Cable flys chest was burnt after those incline presses attempted 49.5 in each hand and knew I wasnít getting those so dropped it down to 44 in each hand failed on the 3rd rep of the 5th set

    The pump my chest had after these 2 exercises was off the chain really focused on the squeeze and Time under tension controlled the shit outta these

    Mid machine row
    210(+10lbs)* did these single handed instead of double failed on 1st rep of 6th set
    210* failed on 2nd rep of 5th set

    Incline Bench DB row
    60lbs each hand (+5lbs) failed in 3rd rep of 5th set got a really good stretch and back felt pumped as shit after these 2 exercises as well these are humbling if you really set yourself up with that contraction in the back will defiantly stick with the 60ís next time and crush all sets

    Reverse pec deck

    145(+5lbs)* failed on 1st rep of 6th set
    135* failed 1st rep of 5th set

    I was toasted after todayís workout but I gotta say I felt like a beast the pump today was nuts, vascularity was insane and really felt the squeeze on each exercise the gym was crowded but as soon as I walked in I got in the zone and it was over

    I was absolutely starving as soon as I got in the car even though itís only a 10 minute ride home from the gym I ran In the house and made my post workout shake extra quick
    Meal 4:
    2 cups dyno bites
    2 cups egg whites
    1 packet oatmeal
    1 banana

    After that shake I usually wait an hour and a half for my next meal but my body was still so hungry and felt like I was gunna crash so about 30 -40 minutes after the shake was this

    Meal 5:
    7 oz chicken breast
    1.5 cups jasmine rice
    1/2 avocado

    Defiantly curved the hunger felt much better now some laundry and than meal 6 later and bed

    I know my diet looks pretty plain and I donít add a lot of sauce or anything but it works for me haha I might add a little Siracusa or Gary Hughes sugar free bbq sauce or honey mustard every once in a while but I have to say I donít mine and pretty much enjoy every meal even if itís plain ... Iím weird I know

    Finishing laundry getting a good nightís sleep lower muscle round split A before work tomorrow

    Muscle are still full and pumped from todayís work haha very pleased

    Got a great nights sleep last night breather is super shorty today though

    Woke up and took
    50mg proviron
    Probiotics
    Fiber
    Multi vitamin
    Also pinned test e, npp, tren e all in left VG smooth still no PIP since day 1

    Meal 1(preworkout):
    5 whole eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 tbsp PB
    1 bagel

    Hit lower Muscle rounds split A Today will update that in a little bit it was a great session grueling but great haha

    Meal 2(post workout)
    2 cups dyno bites
    2 cups egg whites
    1 banana
    1 packet of oats

    Ended up getting pulled over by a cop and getting a ticket too which really pissed me off there was a shit ton of traffic backed up a bad accident so I popped a u turn otherwise I never would have made it to work tried to explain it to the cop and pretty much got the fuck you too bad not my problem answer haha

    As promised hereís todayís workout of lower muscle rounds A split done 6x4 which is 4 reps 5 deep breathes in between 6 times in a row

    Hack squat
    230(+10lbs) full set of 6x4 last rep was tough
    230* failed on 3rd rep of 5th set

    Low close leg press
    550(+10lbs) failed on 1st rep of 6th set
    550* failed on 2nd rep of 5th set

    Was crippled after these took a longer rest than usual before next exercise so about 3 minutes between

    Ham killer failed on 1st rep of 6th set these were absolutely brutal hamstring were crushed after these almost fell flat on my face when I tried to move to next exercise

    Calf raise(seared) 3 sets of 20
    Set1: 190lbs full 20
    Set 2: 190 lbs full 20
    Set 3: got a solid 17 failed on 18th the calf pump was insane felt like they were gunna explode

    Slider curls 3 sets of 21ís
    Set 1: 60lbs(+5) 7 full 7 bottom. Half 7 top half
    Set 2: 60 lbs got 6 of each bottom ,top, and full
    Set 3: lowered to 50 lbs got 6 of each bottom top and full only lowered because I was absolutely burnt after that 2nd set

    Overhead extensions 3 sets of 21ís
    Set 1:70lbs (+20lbs) full set
    Set 2: 70 full set
    Set 3: 7 full 5 bottom 5 top

    Felt extremely pumped after this muscle weíre all sort of swollen sore at work today and appetite dropped a little at my 5th meal but Iím extremely stressed out today which I think is the main cause of that. Still getting the meals in and drinking plenty of water. Will update meals later tonight .

    Whatís up everyone good nights sleep last night finally got my car back last night just gotta take it to the mechanic for one more thing the insurance wonít cover this week itís been such a pain in the ass dealing with insurance they are the biggest pain in the ass ever but took the pups on a long walk this morning itís frigid but I wasnít complying cause they are usually babyís with the cold

    Came back at meal 1:
    3 whole eggs
    8 egg whites
    1/2 cup oats 1 tbsp of PB

    Also took
    Multi vitamins
    Probiotics
    Fiber and proviron
    Along with some vitamin c woke up with a runny nose and stuffy so playing it safe

    Today a rest day so just work and tomorrow is upper loading lower pump A split canít wait to get back and get Bush and crush some weights

    So shitty update for today I dropped all my meals on the dirty parking lot walking in to work lmao but I ran to the grocery store and improvised everything microwaveable haha store brand green beans , minute jasmine rice, Perdue short cuts for chicken avocados thank god they were ripe microwaveable store made potatoes and I always keep a good scale in my bag so we are good to go

    Meal 2:

    2 scoops protein
    2 tbsp PB mix with water

    Meal 3:
    8 oz chicken breast
    1 cup jasmine rice
    1/2 avocado
    1 cup green beans
