    Today was a push day guys. Dropped the water weight I was holding and tightened up from the weekend. Work was insanely humid today I was sweating out of places I didnít even know I could.

    Wide grip pull ups 5 sets till failure

    Wide grip lay pull downs
    160*14
    180*9
    200*7

    DB rows chest supported on an incline bench
    60*12
    70*8
    80*5 failed on 6

    DB Curls almost like a 21 type deal till

    Yesterday was a cardio day still 25 minutes and today was leg day focused on hamstrings and calves.

    Lying ham curls
    80*16
    95*13
    120*8
    125*6

    Hack squats
    1 warm up set
    3 pps for 14
    4pps for 12
    5pps got 9
    5pps for 8

    Adductors and abductors max on the good girls which is 250 and girls was 120 4 sets till
    Failure on each

    Stiff leg deadís
    2pps got 13
    2pps plus a 10 on each 12
    2pps plus a 25 on each for 9
    2pps with a 25 on each for 7

    Machine leg press one set 265lbs for 25

    Finished with calf demolition legs were smoked haha pump was insane

    Hey guys sorry I havenít updated I. A couple days had a run in with the police. Long story short
    My neighbor was cursing at my wife calling her all sorts of names under the sun he threatened me and her and he and his son ended up coming after me with a beer bottle and a crow bar ended up cracking them in the head with a baseball bat now that courts gotta sort it out. Have still been getting the work outs In of course.

    Pull day was yesterday

    ISO plate loaded rows
    3 pps 15
    4 pps 10
    4pps+10 lbs each side for 7

    Wide grip lay pull downs

    Wide grip pull ups 5 sets till failure

    Smith machine bent over rows

    DB curls alternating all sets till failure more 6 reps of more

    Was pumped to the max Intensitu is still their

    Hey guys the weekend was crazy busy meeting with the lawyer, friends kids baptism, friends got married so I took the weekend off. Today I did push day and felt STRONG.

    Plate Loaded Shoulder press
    2pps for 15
    3pps for 10
    3pps plus a 25 on each for 8
    3pps plus 35 on each for 6

    DB side laterals
    30 lbs for 14
    35 for 9
    40 for 8

    DB front raises same weights as below till failure 3 sets

    DB flat bench
    80lbs for 16
    100lbs for 11
    120lbs for 7

    Hammer strength plate loaded incline press
    2 pps for 12
    2pps plus 25ís for 9
    2 pps plus 35ís for 8
    3pps for 5

    Cable flyís weights are weird so 35lbs for 3 sets
    Till failure

    Cable raises (chest) 25lbs 3 sets till failure

    Upright rows cables 50lbs for 2 sets
    Till failure

    Finished with 3 tricep burnout exercises

    Pump and Intensity were great

    Focus was amazing

    Hey guys so this week was busy had four dates and lawyer meetings work was off the chain and smother went in for surgery so I didnít train this week I was exhausted physically and mentally. I do feel the rest will be beneficial and Monday will be a very productive push day. With that being said I did do 3 sessions of 25 min cardio.
