    Alright everyone today was a long day had to go into work early got about maybe 3 hours of sleep haha but still grinder away today

    Woke up pinned test e, tren e, npp
    Multi vitamin
    Fiber
    Probiotics
    50mg proviron

    Lower muscle rounds a split workout will be listed after meals below

    Meal 1:
    7 oz ground beef
    1.5 cups jasmine rice 1/2 avocado

    Meal 2:
    7 oz chicken breast
    8 oz potato
    1 cup green beans

    Meal 3: (pre-workout)
    5 whole eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 tbsp PB
    1 bagel
    Pre workout definitely needed today

    Lower muscle rounds each set will be 4 reps with 5 breathes in between 6 times sometimes one set sometimes twice

    Smith squat
    215(+10lbs) full set of 6x4
    215* failed on the 4th rep of the 5th set

    Romanian split squat
    55lb DB (+10lbs) * one set for each leg failed on 1st rep of 6th set for each leg really had to push through these

    Seated let curls
    160lbs (+10lbs) failed on the 2nd rep Of the 6th set

    Seated calf raises 4 sets of 20
    190(+10lbs) *20
    190* 20
    190* 18
    190* 16

    Punished myself during todayís workout and can honestly say I left it all on the gym made the most of every rep couldnít walk at the end of this leg workout had to sit down for a little even with the long day and little sleep still had an amazing workout wasnít sure how Iíd feel when I got in the gym but the switch flipped and felt like I could definitely add some weight compared to last time , also no knee pain ... strength is through the roof, recovery is amazing, energy is great, muscle are fuller, vascularity is getting better and better l. Needless to say I will be getting some much needed sleep tonight and tomorrow is a rest day haha. Every shit of gorillas gear has been absolutely PIP free and smooth as well.

    Meal 4: post workout shake
    2 cups dyno bites
    2 cups egg whites
    1 banana
    1 packet oats

    Meal 5:
    7 oz chicken breast
    1.5 cups jasmine rice
    1/2 avocado

    Meal 6: in case I pass out before I can post haha

    Rest day from the gym today just got work for a closing shift last night got amazing sleep full 8 hours so I feel fresh like a daisy only bullshit I had to deal with is this guy decided to start beating on his girl in front of my house. I try not to get involved in other peopleís problems but 1. Itís right outside my house and I was about to go to bed and 2. I hate guys who beat on women... so went out there tossed him around and had my wife bring the girl inside and calm the cops but other than that sleep was amazing and I feel great this morning. Woke up took the pups on a long walk. Can definitely tell I murdered my legs yesterday and damn do I love that feeling.

    So far today took
    50mg proviron
    Multi vitamin
    Probiotics
    Fiber
    Meal 1:
    3 whole eggs
    8 egg whites
    1/2 cup oats
    1 tbsp of Pb

    Will update other meals later today tomorrow is upper loading/ lower pump B split excited to get in the gym tomorrow and kill the workout

    Work was hectic today still managed to get all the meals in

    Meal 2:
    2 scoops protein
    2 tbsp PB
    Mix with water

    Meal 3:
    8 oz chicken breast
    1 cup jasmine rice
    1/2 avocado
    1 cup green beans

    Meal 4:
    8 oz chicken breast
    1 cup jasmine rice
    1 cup green beans
    2 tbsp evoo

    Meal 5:
    8 oz 97 ground beef

    1/2 avocado
    2 cups green beans

    Looking forward to getting another good nights sleep and excited to hit the gym tomorrow the workout will be upper loading/ lower pump B split

    Another great night of sleep just getting some night sweats I thought my wife was gunna make me sleep on the couch last night haha

    Woke up this morning took
    50mg proviron
    Probiotics
    Multi vitamin
    Fiber

    Meal 1: pre workout
    5 whole eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 tbsp PB
    1 bagel
    Pre workout as well this morning 1 scoop hooligan by apollon nutrition

    Today was upper loading/lower pump B split these are going To be done with full reps and bottom half movements when applicable also 2 warm up/ pump sets before each workout

    Close grip pulldown with wide bar
    225(+10lbs) 10 full 10 bottom half movement these felt extremely easy next set increased weight again
    231(+16lbs) 7 full 5 bottom half movement
    Will stick with 231 next time and make sure I max out reps

    Rack pulls
    420(+10lbs) full 7 failed on 8th rep
    420* full 5 failed on 6th rep will stick with this weight next time max out reps

    Decline DB bench
    110(+10lbs)* 9 full reps 6 bottom half movement
    110 7 full 3 bottom half

    Weighted dips
    55lb DB (+10lbs) full 16 failed on 17th

    DB shoulder press
    100lb DB(+10lbs) 7 full 2 bottom half
    100* 6 full reps fail 7th

    Upright rows
    110lbs(+10lbs) * 13 reps failed on 14th
    110* 12 reps failed on 13th

    Was absolutely demolished after upper loading I felt extremely strong pumped and full and just knew I could increase some lifts. The intensity of my workouts has been off the chain just feel constantly in the zone and dialed in. I Drenched my shirt and my sweatpants haha looked like a walking stain around the gym today as well as still being pumped half hour after the gym, veins are popping out everywhere. Some of these weights I will most likely keep next split around and max out the reps before I increase again.


    Lower pump consisted of the following
    Calf press
    Machine leg press
    Single leg extensions
    Single leg hamstring curls

    Meal 2: post workout shake
    2 cups dyno bites
    2 cups egg whites
    1 banana
    1 packet oats

    Woke up this morning feeling like a champ haha energized, great mood, excited to hit the gym

    Took 50mg proviron
    Multi vitamin
    Probiotics
    Fiber

    Meal 1preworkout)
    5 whole eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 bagel
    1 tbsp PB

    Lower loading/ upper pump Split B some of these were done with full reps and bottom half movements sometimes 1 set sometimes 2 with 90 second in between sets also each exercise had 2 warm up/ pump sets but only lifting working weights

    Leg press 640(+10lbs) * 9 full reps failed on 10 4 bottom half
    640*7 full failed on 8th 2 bottom. Half

    Leg press widowmaker
    400(+20lbs) 20 reps failed on21st had to lay down and take a rest after these

    Sissy squats started off with a 35lb plate which would be up from the 25lb plate from last time got 7 great reps and than failed hard so dropped the 35 lb weight and finished with 15 body weight reps these were killer haha

    Stiff leg BB deadlift
    Accidentally added 20 pounds instead of 10 like an idiot for a total weight of 335 got a solid 7 failed on the 8th really burnt myself out with these

    Dropped weight down to 315 this time and failed on the 5th felt like such a dunce haha

    Adductor
    160(+10lbs)* 12
    160* 9

    Aductor 190(stack)+ 19
    190* 14

    Duck smith squats by the time I got tk these my legs were spent I felt great for the first set and was toasted at the second weights are as follows

    225(+20lbs) * 9 full reps 5 bottom half
    225* 6 full 5 bottom half

    Close grip bench
    235(+5lbs) 8 full reps 2 bottom half
    235* 6 full reps failed on 7th

    Ez bar curl
    100(+10lbs) * 10 full reps )bottom half
    100* 8 full 2 bottom half

    Hammer curls
    60lb DBís(+5lbs) 11 reps each arm

    Upper pump
    DB hex press
    Assisted pull ups
    Low hammer machine row

    Today was brutal really put myself through the ringer but it felt so good I think torture would be able to absolutely describe it haha

    Meal 2: ( post workout shake)
    2 cups dyno bites
    2 cups egg whites
    1 packet oats
    1 banana

    Off today from work so resting playing with the dogs and hanging with the wife and great news No knee pain

    Great day today kicked ass in the gym took the pups on a long walk to tire them out with the wife and than relaxed and did some stuff around the house

    1 oz almonds (ran out of avocado)

    Meal 5:
    7 oz chicken breast

    Meal 6: wife cooked me a nice steak( sirloin if Iím correct) 7oz
    6 oz potato
    1 oz almonds

    Rest day tomorrow and than upper muscle rounds Thursday

    Happy with the progress so far canít wait to keep pushing hard and making some amazing changes and bring the heat and crush these next couple weeks

    Todayís a rest day guys had some personal time to burn from work so took the day off with the wife we donít get a lot of time together and sheís extremely helpful and understanding with how much time and effort I put into the gym and the diet so I try and make her happy whenever I can

    With that being said

    Woke up today pinned test e, npp, tren e the whole shebang in right VG smooth as hell no PIP which is excellent... took 50 mg proviron my probiotics and fiber

    Meal 1:
    3 whole eggs
    8 egg whites
    1 tbsp Pb
    1/2 cup oats

    Meal 2:
    2 scoops protein
    2 tbsp PB
    Mixed with water

    Meal 3:

    Wife and I went to lunch we know everyone at the restaurant so they helped me portion my meal which is great
    8 oz tilapia
    1 cup rice
    1 cup greens
    1/2 avocado
    They threw a little chipotle sauce on the fish and rice it was slammin sorry I didnít take a pic I housed it I was so excited haha

    Iím pretty neurotic and OCD when it comes to diet and workout and so forth so itís nice to be able to go out and have someone help with that I really hate to differ or switch things up thatís why itís usually always salmon, tilapia, chicken or ground beef itís easy can make multiple meals and can cook it and weight it all out very easily. I get a lot that Iím obsessed or take it too seriously but to me it keeps me level on a straight path out of trouble and I love it I couldnít imagine life without the gym and the diet ... thanks everyone for following hope everyoneís enjoying the log so far and the best is yet to come
