    100 7 full 5 bottom half

    Dips slow controlled really felt the squeeze added a 45lb weight for 18 reps

    DB shoulder press
    80 for 10 full movement and 10 bottom half they felt really easy moves up to 90ís next set got 7 full 5 bottom half will stick with the 90ís next time

    Upright rows
    100*15

    Lower pump

    Calf press
    Machine leg press
    Single leg hamstring curl

    Today pinned test E,npp, tren E smooth as usual as well as 50mg proviron

    Meals 1 today
    3 whole eggs
    8oz egg whites
    1 tbsp PB
    1 cup oats

    Meal 2
    Protein shake 50 grams of protein
    2 tbsp of PB

    Meal 3
    8oz chicken breast
    1.5 cups jasmine rice
    1/2 avocado
    1 cup green beans

    Whatís up everyone 2 long days between yesterday and today but still buckled down first meal today since workout will be later I. The day

    Meal 1:
    7 oz chicken breast
    1 cup green beans
    8 oz potato

    Meal 2:
    7 oz of red meat
    1/2 avocado and 2 cups rice

    Next meal will be Pre workout meal and than lower loading/ upper pump today been up since about 4 in the morning so also had a reign energy drink

    Hope everyoneís killing their day so far will update after workout

    Pre workout meal was so hungry forgot to take a picture haha it was

    5 whole eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 tbsp PB
    1 bagel

    Todayís workout was lower loading /upper pump even though it was a long day I had tremendous energy in the gym and couldnít wait to go and fresh some weights ended up having to run next door and buy a pair of shorts dropped mine in a huge puddle haha

    The shake is a lot better then I thought it was gonna be. I use coco Rice Krispies the damn thing is delicious lol. You hit it hard today keep up the work.

    Last nights meal 5
    7oz chicken breast
    2 cups jasmine rice
    1/2 avocado

    Final meal 6:
    7 oz flank steak
    8 oz potato
    1/2 avocado

    Today is an off day and a day off with the wife which means ďrestĒ and a day with the dogs haha will also ice the left knee a little tightness no other issues with recovery from yesterday either feel great

    Meal 1 for today
    3 whole eggs
    8oz egg whites
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 tbsp PB

    Along with my animal pak vitamins
    Also 50mg proviron
    And a pin of test E, tren E, NPP In glute super smooth as usually no pip what more could you ask for

    Wake up at 5:00AM today early work day

    Meal 1:
    7 oz 97 ground beef
    2 cups rice
    1/2 avocado

    Meal 2:
    7 oz chicken breast
    8oz potato
    1 cup green beans

    Meal 3: pre workout
    5 whole eggs
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 tbsp PB
    1 bagel

    Meal 4: post workout
    2 cups fruity pebbles well dunk bites on a budget haha
    2 cups egg whites
    1 cup oats
    1 banana

    50mg proviron today
    1 scoop preworkout
    Animal pak multi vitamins

    Todayís workout was upper muscle rounds b split
    All workout are sets of 6x4 which is 4 reps 5 breathes in between for 6 sets sometimes once sometimes twice

    Incline press on hammer strength machine was taken
    200* failed on the 3rd rep of 6th set
    200* failed on 2nd rep 5th set

    Cable fly
    44lbs each hand* failed on 3rd rep on 6th set

    Incline bench DB row
    55lb DB each hand * failed on 1st rep 6th set

    Reverse pec deck
    140* full set of 6x4
    140* failed on 2nd rep of 5th set

    Hammer mid row
    200* full set 6x4
    200* failed 3rd rep of 5th set

    Intense workout today got an amazing pump muscles were extremely full had veins popping out chest,arms,back everywhere felt great overall tomorrow is lower muscle rounds B split

    Will post rest of meals later tonight hope everyone got after it today whether it be a workout , meals , family time etc!!!
