    Coming off a short cruise

    A little background, my last run was a 16 week Test C / Deca. Made some good gains as usually. This time instead of running my normal pct I went ahead and cruised on a weekly dose around 180-200 Test C. Iíve been cruising around 4 months now. Iím thinking of coming off for a bit and running a pct being my RBC are high enough that I canít even donate. Iíve lost around 10lbs or so but Iím still at a size that I like. I guess my question would be, if I come off and run a good pct, will I still be able to retain my size that I have been holding while on this cruise if I keep up my eating and training? I know itís hard to say from person to person Iím just wondering if this dose of cruising would be equivalent to me being off gear? And recovering... Or is this dose putting me above what I could naturally do?

    I would say that even at that dose you're probably pushing your natural limit. That said, with proper pct and keeping up food and training like you said, although maybe a bit softer, you should keep most or all of your size for a good while. How much is genetic of course but is 10-20 pounds worth your health??

    Very true. I appreciate the feedback. Trying it out is the only way I guess, but health has to come first. Havenít had no sides but just got turned down for donating blood cause my iron check came back high

    Usually TRT is 100-150 a week. So your deff over your natural limit. But that doesnt mean you cant keep your gains. Keep pushing hard in the gym, and eat more food than your eating now.
