MK677 and Growth Hormone

I love MK. Great sleep and good recovery. I’ve also experienced a cognitive lift. Also great when in a catabolic state.

For those with experience with mk677, what time do you find it beneficial to take and at what mg?
 
You guys don’t find it messes with you insulin sensitivity? It does not do good things to mine

Great for sleeping but massive bloat in the mornings, especially around your eyes
