RECIPE:
20mg tadalafil(Cialis)
250mg pink Himalayan Sea Salt
250mg potassium
4-6 grams of L-Citrulline/Citrulline Malate
60 grams of glycerol w/ 20 grams of glucose or dextrose
48-72 oz of Water

Drink 1/2 the mixture 1 hour preworkout and sip the rest right up to your session!!

IT WILL PUMP YOU THE F*** UP! Also it lasts a long time and feels phenomenal!!

I do this except I eat a banana for the potasium and 5mg of cialis. It works very well. It's crazy how many people I see at the gym who aren't pumped up.

High levels of potassium can cause kidney problems and sudden death.

Probably best to just to drop the supp if you get it in your diet.

You can use phosphate or chloride form, Imuse the powder. Mixed w the Ingredients above,
Especially the salt. It is safe (under a physician supervision)of course. I do it all the time and it is such a trip. It just pumps you up crazy! Obviously it is not something to do on a normal basis, hence a photoshoot or other. It works really well.

Some blood tests show your total potassium level so that may be another important value to watch. If high, just dial it back or if too low then add the supp. Potassium does help with keeping the bloat down when on cycle.

To each their own. I definitely would make sure you are in good health and don’t have any health problems. I do this In the early am before a photo shoot, so I am starting depleted. And as always: check w your physician before trying any combination of supplements.

Ya definitely I think the strong point there, for photo shoots lol. But definitely word of caution for anyone to identify your potassium intake before doing supplementation

I didn't know that. I don't supp but have a banana everyday and my greens supp. Maybe partly why I never get bloated.

Wuuuuut? Water based pump. Not great for vascularity but you talk about a full gd bloated muscle. I love this stuff. Glycerpump and just regular glycerol!! Siren labs makes a good one but its Fn expensive!!

It’s a trilol compound also a simple polyol. It is naturally occurring and comes in so many forms and is used 1000’s of ways . There is glycerol, glycerin. It’s a clear, odorless liquid and you have probably seen it on the back of a lot of different products for skin, to commercial use, supplements, cough syrups, etc. It is what is widely used as sugar alcohols in low carb bars and is also a laxative. Too much to list but it’s a multi-use type substance.

The key here is to have enough sodium to balance out the increased potassium. I personally don't like to play with potassium, even in my athletes during peak week, but to each their own. When in doubt, labs will tell the tale :D
 
Potassium I don’t like to Fuck with it’s one of the 3 lethal injections the sea salt is great even by itself in just water for help keep you pumped

The FDA has determined that supplemts that contain at least 350 milligrams of potassium can bear the following label: "Diets containing foods that are good sources of potassium and low in sodium may reduce the risk of high blood pressure and stroke. This is not to be used in a potassium rich diet. I did forget to mention that my potassium is depleted when I do this as I am using a diuretic.(not a potassium-spring one like dyazide). This post was mainly for people who do photoshoot and/or are very knowledgeable about their biochemistry, supplements, and pharmaceuticals.

Much easier to get your potassium from food. Bananas, avocados, most fruits actually.

Or better yet just grab some Pedialyte packets from the pharmacy or Walmart and sip on that. It has a good ratio of potassium and sodium for electrolyte balance.

I personally wouldn't mess with potassium supps.

Also known as Glycerin, It's really good at drawing water into places. It will pump your muscle bellies up with water giving you a sick pump. It will also fill your digestive tract with water which is why I wouldn't recommend taking it while wearing white shorts on squat day. Definitely leave yourself some time post-workout because in my experience Glycerol will flush your insides clean.

***Clarification: Poop....it makes you poop.

Definitely mentioned in post #24. Sugar free diabetic foods and protein bars have quite a bit of the glycerol(sugar alcohols
