    Glute injection

    Hello,

    I've been injecting EOD in my delts with a 29g 0,5 inch needle for about 2 years. I switch between left and right arm.

    The last couple of weeks I get a lump that lasts for about a week when i inject in my left delt.

    I want to start injecting in my glutes. Does anybody have experience injecting with a 29g 0,5 inch needle in the glutes? I don't have a lot of fat so I think the needle is long enough to get in the muscle?

    I have tried subq before but I don't like it.

    I personally have no issue using 1/2" in my glutes, but everyone is different.

    The main question is why do you have oil buildup for over a week?

    I would recommend the following:

    1. Make sure the oil is at least room temp or warmer.

    2. Inject slowly (roughly 1-2mins per ml).

    3. Leave the pin in after injection for about 30 seconds.

    4. Massage the injection site with an alcohol pad for 60 seconds post injection.


    Lots of lumps can be alleviated by proper technique.

    Ive always used a 1.5 for glutes. Just my preference. Im sure everyone has their own way. Definitely has a lot to do with how much fat you have on your body.

    It's strange, because I only get a lump when I pin my left delt. I never had it on my right.

    I inject 0,2ml EOD and I switch sides so it's only 0,2ml every 4 days in my left delt.

    I will try the glutes with the 1/2'' and see if it works for me.

    Use your leg, if you don't go deep enough in glutes you'll get scar tissue lumps

    I would at least go to a full 1in for glutes Im a lean guy as well but Id rather have it a little deeper in there.

    Try subq in your stomach. That's what I do for trt. .5ml 2x per week.

    If you don't want to do that, add in some VG and quads.

    1 inch for glutes. You can use .5 on vg though
