    Logging them gains back.

    Welp, here it is.
    Ive been dancing around doing my log here for awhile. My cycle and log just started and got busted from the hackers so.
    Ill continue my journey here

    Long story short. Had lots of muscle. Lost lots of muscle from moving and remodeling the house. Now that the dust has settled were gettting my muscle back.

    Simple cycle.
    20MG of anavar spilt 10mg morning 10mg night.

    Ive been on cycle for almost 4 weeks.
    Im looking to recomp. Got alittle fluff that i wanna turn into muscle. And hopefully keep it this time lol.
    I think im currently at 183. Idk im due for a fat scan test sunday so we will see!

    These pictures are three weeks old as I haven't taken new ones since the hack.

    Logs get me hype for some reason idk. Lol may the gains be ever in my favor.

    This is the weakest ive felt in along time. But the strength is coming back fairly quickly. Im excited. Gotta pump those noodle arms back up.

    Saturday.
    I had to work so i did not go to the gym.
    Sunday is the day of chores but i did go get my body scan.
    BF remains the same. Which honestly was expected cause i havent been cardioing. Muscle is up 5 pounds.
    190lbs. 33%BF fucking gross. Eww
    And 71lbs of muskles.

    And this is where we turn things around for a weight plunge. Im gonna have to start doing cardio again. I hate cardio. Okay. I dont hate cardio but i have to get my ass outta bed earlier to do it.

    Hoping to see BF drop under 30 in the next couple weeks while muscle keeps rising.

    Hope yall are having a good weekend !

    Always grinding.

    Ill shredd it off quickly. I just hate cardio.

    Okay. I dont hate cardio. I LOVE lifting. I LOVE weights. But i also need to shed this fluffy fluff i got since april.

    So this week...ill have to start cardioing again. I didnt expect a big BF drop because i hadnt been cardioing but i was expecting a couple % down.

    Oh well. Ive been on cycle 4 weeks. I have three months to go.

    Had to crawl out of bed and get my ass moving

    20 minutes stairmaster fasted cardio

    Lat pulldowns / cable curls
    1x20 40lbs. 1x20 15lbs
    1x20 55lns. 2x20 20lbs
    1x fail (17)

    Standing pull down things. Whatever. / db hammer curls

    1x20 25lbs. 15lb DB 3x20
    2x20 35lbs

    Wide grip row /overhand cab.curl
    1x20 40lbs. 3x20 20lbs
    2x20 55lbs

    Gotta tan and shower and go to work.
