Crock-Pot season.. what are your suggestions?

Crock-Pot season is just about here.. nothing better than setting it and forgetting it and then walking through the front door hours later smelling the wonderful aroma...
Is there any members here that use a lot of Crock-Pot recipes, does your significant other have some slamming recipes that you enjoy? What are some of your go-to crock pot meals that pertain to this way of life?

I'm looking for some suggestions so the wifey can fix me up some meals, she loves the crop pot, but most of all love cooking for me..

    Let's see some slamming suggestions!

Short ribs, cabbage, and carrots seasoned as desired with a bit of quinoa to hit macros. And pressure cookers get you the same tenderness only much much faster.

Chicken breast with a dash of olive oil and seasoning of your preference. Throw in some red beans and add some rice. Fucking delicious!

When I'm lazy or in a pinch, simply dumping a jar or 2 of salsa in a crock pot with 6-8 chicken breasts and cooking low and slow (6-8 hours) always comes out great!

This is actually for the instant pot, but could be used in a crock pot as well

2lbs Sirloin or other lean roast cubed into 1" cubes

    Salt

    Pepper

Flour, enough to sprinkle on meat

    1 medium onion

    4-5 cloves garlic, sliced

    8oz Cremini mushrooms, thick sliced

    1 cup dry red wine

    1 tbsp tomato paste

    1c beef stock or broth

    1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

    2*bay leaves

Cube meat accordingly. On cutting board, salt and pepper meat, then sprinkle with a fine layer of flour and turn to coat. Add a little oil of choice into instant pot and turn on manual sautee. When it's hot, add beef in batches to brown. Brown each side for approx 2-4 minutes and set aside. When all meat is done, add onion and garlic to pot to sautee. Do not allow the sucs on the bottom of the pan to burn, when it's at it's limit pour the wine into the pot to deglaze. Scrape sucs (stuck on butts if meat and flour) completely into the wine. Once the alcohol smell goes away, throw the meat, mushrooms, and thyme leaves into the pot. Sautee and stir until wine is reduced to a thick consistency.*Turn*off*instant pot.*Add beef broth, bay leaves, and about 1/2 tsp of salt into pot and stir thoroughly, making sure all remnants are gone from the bottom of the pot and it's mixed together well.*Set*lid*and*turn*vent*to sealing. Turn pot onto high pressure cooking for 20 minutes and leave until done. Once timer is done,*turn*off*pot*and let it naturally release for 10 minutes. Now quick release vent and it's ready to serve with rice, pasta, or by itself. It'll probably need salt, I add salt after cooking to regulate total amount of sodium in meals

This is a fast and easy dense calorie turkey chili
2lbs 93/7 turkey meat (brown in a pan)
1 quart chicken stock -crock pot
2 cans red kidney beans -crock pot
2 cans diced tomatoes - crock pot
1 box 2 alarm chili, or spice as desired -crock pot

Jasmin rice- make in a separate pot

When you make your bowl, add your jasmin rice first, then top with the chili, I like to top that with some grated mature white cheddar cheese and a side of crackers

Chicken soup comes out great in a crockpot/instant pot.

My wife and I use a crock-pot all the time since we both work long hours but also want to eat good food when we get home. Thanks for the recipes shared so far. Just yesterday she left stew beef in the crock-pot when she left for work with rice in a rice-cooker right beside it. All I had to do when I got home was turn the rice cooker on and wait about 20-30 minutes (brown rice always takes longer). We warmed up some Kale we had left over to go with it. Delicious.

Taste and quality are fine its seasoning.
Its probably the same seasoning youd add in chili, 2 alarm is just convenient to use in a pinch, I also dice up a 1/2 an onion for added flavor
These are the 2 alarm ingredients I use-
    Chili powder
    Cayenne pepper
    Salt
    Cumin

The beans, and rice are vital to this mix for the dense cals and full flavor

Kinda lame but face it I'm a single unemployed guy.
    How about huge chicken breast
    1 box Mexican zatarains
    1 can red kidney beans
    Chicken bullion
