    I am a new member from a former Board. I had a good reputation on that board .. So I am not some troll just spitting shit outta my ass to try and have you buy a sponsors products. I am honest I have been at the aas game for many years with many cycles under my belt with dosages that at sometimes In My life were reckless . So I know what the fuck I am talking about... I will be honest about the products and what they are doing for me...with all that being said here it goes..
    This log started Mon Sept 2nd..I will update it multiple posts in a row then until I get caught up with. First I am gonna say Thank You to Animal for brewing some fire Gas..I will be logging in everyday. I will post on My food intake , how my workouts went and my overall well being, if my strength is up or down... I will follow in Iron Prophets footsteps and I will also be talking about family, stressors and anything else that has effect on my daily life. Feel free to post even if you need advice not only from me but other Members that may have or are going thru the same things. The next Thank You goes out to My Man MAXMUSCLE1. He put this cycle together for me and laid out a detailed 10weeks mass phase and training schedule for me . this is the first half of my journey. All the macros and training schedule was put together by him.. I will follow it 99%. I am not perfect so I donít want to say 100%.
    Today I will list my supplements and amounts. I will also list the macros.. I will not list them every day because they will not change until this phase changes.. I am waiting on a few little extras that have not arrived yet but that is no big deal. I will add them in and update when that happens. So here this goes.
    MACROíS. I am going to try and hit this everyday even if I have to throw some extra high calorie food into it .if I canít I will log how short I fell. (It has been suggested by Max that Sugars be kept out for the first 4 weeks also no cheat meals for the first 4 weeks. 99% I am not perfect and I love POP TARTS)I am shooting for 6000+ calories. My starting weight is 252 pounds.

    750mg Eq
    100mg TNe pre workout
    50mg Dbol split in 2 doses
    1 proviron daily 50mg
    1 cialis eod/e3d(waiting on this and the 2 above)
    Adex as needed. Maybe E3/4days
    2 iuís gh ( different sponsor) upon wake and pre wo
    And a bunch of other stuff for gut and liver health.
    Itís a lot of oil. I know but I choose to go with all fast esters in case I have to stop abruptly for any reason. It wonít take long to clear system.
    I am open to any advice that will help me succeed. I will be doing CARDIO.. ( stair machine) almost every day but leg day... I fucking hate cardio... . So this is it in a nut shell. I am not a professional logger. I was granted this opportunity and I will do my best..
    Today I pinned the above oils. It took two barrels... very smooth. I did notice that it was a little thick going thru a 23g. It took a little more effort. No big deal. I can tell you about a half hr later my body was so hot on the inside.. I am gonna assume that because it was so much hormone at one time it made me hot.. I am a good responder to aas so it wonít take long for things to take off.
    1/2-45min before training 100mg of TNE.. I must say it is nice looking. One of the first times I have had TNE that didnít continue to crash... but crashing does not mean anything to me except for a pain in the ass. I had a slight burn for a few minutes and a chemical taste. Also it has that distinct smell.
    Training was sick. Laser focus. Half was placebo effect the other half was the Tne and pre workout. ( mesomorph) attaining is a push day pull day.. 3 days on one off and then repeat. The volume is crazy. I gotta out my big boy pants on before I start.. My training is a higher rep scheme but with a progression of weight.. I will try and be at almost max poundage on my last set. If I and canít get the prescribed reps I will drop the weight down and finish the set... ITS STILL YOUR MUTHERFUCKING SET.. itís what I go by. They donít end until I walk out of the gym...
    Here is my workout with poundage's. I donít like talking numbers because itís all about the mind muscle connection to me... if you are just throwing weight around and not burning that muscle out then you might as well pack it in and do something else for the afternoon... I also keep this workout to a fast paced minimal rest. so here it is.rep scheme

I could have made it up but I didnít want to pound that many calories before bed... I am going to pretty much eat the same thing everyday give or take. Dinner is a coin toss.. Peace.

    Ok follow along gonna post multiple day in a row.. I have it all ready to copy and paste.. here it goes. GET SOME!!

    DAY 2...September 3rd..
    I woke up this morning about a 1/2 hr earlier then normal. I have to do this to get a extra meal in me . Itís hard for me to start swollowing eggs and some sort of carbs. This morning it was 2 pieces of Arnoldís sour dough bread with honey on it....
    Supplement schedule. Like I said it has not changed same as yesterday.
    Body is smoked from yesterdayís workout... This is a honest log. So about the gas.. itís very smooth but I find it a little thick. I donít know why it just takes a little more effort to work it thru... I am sore in the spots-from yesterday. Nothing crazy and definitely bearable.. So far so good. the TNE is ridiculous. You can smell it as soon as you walk in my room... I did a shot today quickly and ran out of my room. My kids kept asking me what the funny smell was.. had a little burn to it.. gym was insane... the training intensity is their... my wife is on me right now she knows I am on a mission. She tries not to get wrapped up in it but when I am at the gym for a 2-1/2 span of the day she gets a little annoyed... that will wear off with her... also I donít hide anything from her.. she knows my supplements schedule... As soon as she sees me getting things together she has got to mak a comment.. I tell her all the time. Worry about you.. this is what I do and no matter how you nag it wont change. Now I have been with my wife for 27 years. She is not going to leave me, divorce me or throw me out.. she just need to say her piece and protest. For those of you in a new relationship or have new spouses that donít really know the whole deal I do not recommend the above attitude.Today is international

    Last day then I get a 1 day test.. I am pounding food like a beast . I am finding it a little uncomfortable. Been taking some probiotics to help with digestion.. oh and some miralax to help with the protein consumption.. 2 pounds of ground beef will definetly jamb your colon up.. and if I am not shitting
    correctly I will not be able to continue eating.

    Hit my TNE 20 min before the gym so I did about 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill to heat up. I only wanted to do ten but I got lost In The chicks as in front of me.. I am telling you. I think if it was acceptable they would train in a thong just to keep guys looking.. anyway back to Back

    Ok that being said. As I said I. The beginning I do not like talking numbers.. they are just a thing.. if someone can bench 400lns and throw the weight up and really not have that mind muscle connection then what fucking good is it. Then you have a guy that can bench 400lbs but use 180 and really steals that muscle. At the end of the day who had the better mind muscle connection. Well I am that guy. You see doing dB curls with a 25lb dB griming our reps till the point that I feel like I have a 50lbíer in my hand.. most of the time I try and leave ego out of the mix. Then their is the day you have some guys that come into the gym with (ILS)
    IMAGINARY LAT SYNDROME. You know the guy that come in weighing 180 in a stringer tank with their arms out to the sides like their late are so big they can put them down. That when I grab the buck 50ís and pound out a few sets of of 10-12 reps. Without slamming the weight down when I am done..this is coming from a guy with a big back so I can rant and bitch about it... tomorrow I will tell you what else fucking bothers me.. anyway. Thatís my rant. And if you are reading this and you are that guy.. put some sleeves on and concentrate on brining your arms to your side... hahahahbaha

    Today is my fifth day of using these products. I have come alive... I am fired up.. I can feel it . My muscle bellies are filling and I am tightening up.. I feel very lean this morning.. abs are starting to play peak a boo.. my core temp is defentily up. When I was given the opportunity to log these products I decided to go with all short esters. Except for the Eq of course. That is for the long haul.. as you all know already this will be a 16/18 week run so the Eq will do its job, other then that they are in full swing. I will be starting the orals today and he gh. Shit is gonna get real....Food intake so far for the day and its only 10am
    530am
    4 extra large egg and 2 whites
    4 oz of boars head chicken breast
    1oz of low sodium Munster chews
    2 Trader Joeís apple cereal bars
    800am
    1/2 of turkey sub. Roughley 5 oz of boars head turkey breast
    a little mayo and lettuce on
    1/2of grinder/sub/or torpedo depending where you are from.
    1oz of Swiss
    I will eat the other half around 1030 that will give me roughley a 1 and change before I train also
    1 bottle of pure leaf raspberry tea
    Pre workout I finished that grinder and washed it down with 100mg of TNE and a dbol& proviron shooter

    Training was crazy. Sick fucking pumps. I am already stronger on some of my core movements... I tend to start heavy and the lighten up as the workout goes I lighten So heavy bench and by the time I get to smith shoulder pressís I lighten it up. Shoulder health is very important in this game. I have a little tennis elbow as well. This should go away soon. My age and years of bodily abuse must be catching up.. also I am not trying to powerlift with this program although I can here 4 & 1/2 plates jingling before this is over. as soon as some of the water from the dbol comes on it should start to lube the joints nicely:
    CHEST:
    Flat bench. - seated smith shoulder
    Incline hammer-Arnold presses
    Decline bb Front bb raises
    Lying lat raise
    Cable skull crushers DIPS
    Vbar pushdowns.


    2 muscle milks and 2 bags of skittles post workout..
    Thatís where I am at for the day. Itís 200 and I am getting ready to pour concrete at my house tom and I am pretty sure my food intake will suffer a bit. But whatever Iím not perfect..

    I knew my food would suffer today. I canít eat and work. I had to tie a lot of steel and finish my forms. But for dinner I had 9oz of pork chops and 1 ear of corn... later on I will wash it down with a nice bowl of coffee ice cream.. hey I need the calories..
    SORRY MAX... hahahaha tom is a off day. I will burn the coffee ice cream off by 10am.. 11 yards of concrete and if anyone has ever done this work you know weíre I am coming from.. and if you know what a power trowel is. Well I am not getting one. I am the power trowel..

    Sun Sept 8th..Morning supps the same as normal except fri I added
    50mg if dbol split am/pm
    4iuís gh split. I may add some slin I. I have not decided yet . If I do it will be by the end of the week
    So this is a solid week of using these fine short esterís. But honest is honest and thatís what I said I would be... i am pretty sore In Some of my spots... ass and quads... itís to be expected when you are pushing 4mlís of oil daily.. itís flows smooth. But thick. Today for the first time backloaded a 28g insulin pin and the TNE went thru it without even any force.. where the other oils take a lot of pressure to get thru a 23g . No biggy I thought I would mention it..

    Mon sept 9thMorning supps as normal.. added in gh and it made me so tired at work that by 9am I wanted to take a nap in the worst way... itís gonna take a little bit to get use to it...
    I WAS having a hard time getting in my calories till I had a suggestion made.. Homemade Burritos... yes so Iíve been making 1000+ calorie burritos and eating 4-5 a day.. not counting my dinner and ore bed pint if cottage cheese.i started off the day today with one...
    That being said my training today was shit... I hit it hard and heavy but I had some stuff on my mind and I couldnt fully get into it... so I trained and I left.. no cardio no nothing extra. It happens once In a great while. I had a old school BBír a long time ago tell me ď if you get to the gym and you feel like you donít want to be their you should turn around and leave. Go back when you are mentally clear and let your body and mind rest..Ē the TNE was in full swing along with two scoops of pre workout so I muscled thru it... it was a good workout bout I definitely didnít kill it!!!     Sept 11th. I woke up very humble and mad and sad and grateful for what I have in my life.. I had goose bumps while the news was talking about the events 18yrs ago... Every year I explain to my kids the effects of the day and how it changed us as a nation forever. Good people were lost and families were destroyed.. i am thankful. My wife is a teacher I asked her if they Will have a moment of silence in her school. As a teacher she has to be very careful with politics and things that are going on in the world today. But most teachers are liberal left wing socialists that donít think god and country and things of this nature are relevant for our children to know. Well fuck them..... god family country and guns. This is what our county was founded on. This is what I teach my children.. itís a good thing they are girls and have a lot of their mothers traits.. she balances me out nice and makes me a better man. I was a savage when she met me 27yrs ago. I joke with my kids and tell them I didnít even know how to use a fork and knife when I met their mother.. I use them now BUT I AM STILL A FUCKING SAVAGE.!! Whether we agree on things or not one thing is certainA lot of men and women died for our country and gave a lot up for our country to give me and my children the freedom we have.     I love this TNE... 1/2hr pre and a pre workout and I am fired up by the time I started training...
    CHEST/Shoulders and Tris today
    The pumps were insane... by the time I was done with my first 3-4 Wu sets for flat bench I was swollen and my workout didnít even start yet.
    Weights when up in my bench. As I stated I am rolling into this slowly so weight is whatever to me at this point. By the time I am 6 weeks in I will be smashing plates... nothing sounds better that 4-45ís chattering together.
    So today I banged out my last set of 315-8. I had gas left in the tank but I saved it.. I think I am gonna have to make sure I write neatly in my log book so I could just snap a pic and you guys could see my training reg.. 1-1/2hrs and Iím smoked. I am off to soccer practice for my little one. M gonna stop home and hit 2iuís of g and wait to eat till later . I have a Gatorade and another 1000calorie burrito waiting for me... love you guys...     Ok boys and girls... keep up. These above posts were leading up till today... today. Sept 12th
    I had a hard time getting to sleep last night.. these anabolics are coursing thru me.. I told you honest reviews... so far I am loving the gas..
    I am sore as Fuck!!!! I am pinning everyday 2x a day.. so yes sore is to be expected but fuck I am sore...
    I pinned 1cc of TNE split into each pec yesterday on the way to the gym and holy fuck it burned like lava... I have been using 1/2 ď slin pins the last couple of days and I am not sure if itís not getting deep enough or what... they are sore too..
    Iíve been splitting my gh shots 1/2 after training and half before bed. Itís working better for me that way. I helps me fight being lethargic... itís not Feral gh and I will not say whoís it is. If you want to know PM me. The 1000calorie burritos are working wonders.. I am full AF...and I do not mean my belly. I mean my body... Morning supps same as usual . I will post after work today...

    I am fired up on the inside. This is gonna be a good workout...
    5:15. I am done. Crippled. The back pump today on SL deadís was killer. I couldnít finish my last 4 reps.
    From today on I will post pics out of my journal of my WOís so I donít have to type them in...
    I will go home and hit half my gh and the eat another 1000calories and drink a 32oz gatorade..
