Lightbulb What "no bullshit" supplements/vitamins do you run along side gear?

I run a multi-vitamin and fish oil. That's it. I've considered creatine and glutamine ect... But is all of this stuff just a drop in the bucket when running gear?

What supplements to you personally HAVE to have during cycle that you truly without a doubt benefit from?

Is glutamine beneficial? Or a waste of money?

Creatine is probably the best, most beneficial supplement any athlete or gym rat can take. For me I take multivitamin, fish oil, creatine mono, NAC, l taurine for back pumps, l theanine and caffeine. Also take a whey protein iso but I donít use it when I have time to actually eat and if I do have a shake I add 16oz whole milk, 2tbs natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 banana, 2-3 raw eggs, 1- 1.5 scoops of whey, 5g of creatine mono. I also would consider Modafinil or Armodafinil supplements and I take those before work sometimes.

I used to be a believer in multivitamins and fish oil but have since dropped em both. Too many studies showing no evidence of benefit, including meta-studies.

Same for vitamin E but that was 10+ years ago. No benefit + small increase in risk for certain cancers.

Well, you said "no bullshit" in the thread title.

Yeah there is a lot of conflicting info on fish oil. But it doesnít hurt if you donít eat a lot of oily fish to help give you different fats.

But most of my other vitamins serve a direct purpose... not really specific to bbing

vitamin d and k has been proven to be beneficial to bone and cardiovascular health.

I have read that coq10 is a powerful antioxidant with many benifits

    Berberine decreases insulin spikes.

Ip6 helps with my thick blood

Turmeric has a host of benefits

    Boron increases free test.

    Tudca and liver obviously

There are a lot of proven supps out there
