Thx Bigjape! I definitely put in the effort and think of recipes, like I think about designing cycles and training. Here is a good one for kiddos and bodybuilders who wants a treat! Sounds weird, tastes awesome for junk food day!

Cheesy Chicken Tenders—

Buy Chicken tenderloins fresh, defrosted.
(Never buy bagged or precooked)*
1. Pat dry with paper towels and get a bowl for wet mix and a dish for Dry breading. Sheet pan for Oven baking.
2.Wet mix- Mix mayo 1cup, apple cider vinegar 1tbsp, Dijon 1tbsp., then dip the dry chicken in mixture (you can cover chicken w flour or gluten free flour/starch beforehand if you like. THEN-
3.Dry Mix crushed cheez-its, Cheetos(any flavor),and Parmesan(shred). Once mixed, Coat evenly and sprinkle any uncovered areas
THEN-
3.After breading, sit on raised rack and sheet pan lined w parchment paper(easy clean up) or just plain cookie sheet.
THEN
4.Cook at 400 deg 20min /+- 2min
DONE SON!!

I LIKE TO DIP IN DIFFERENT SAUCES FOR VARIETY. They are so good. Got the idea after making Captain Crunch/Cinnamon Toast Crunch covered French Toast!! Mmmmm

Wife used to make these with pulverized dorritos. They were awesome. That was back in the day when we were fresh out of college. These days.... we use multigrain ritz crackers like self respecting adults. :)

Another SloppyJ fatkid tip of the day: Take a giant sized oatmeal cream pie and bake it in the oven for about 5 min. Admittedly I discovered this at deer camp a few weeks ago when I took a few too many edibles and gave ZERO shits about any macros.

Pork fried rice omelette!! So good! You can use any ingredients you like! Just get a 14” inch non stick pan or larger square iron skillet!! Fucking delicious!! I did one the other day w leftover turkey, potatoes and gravy !! Loco Moco is my favorite Hawaiian dish for breakfast lunch or dinner!!
