Thx Bigjape! I definitely put in the effort and think of recipes, like I think about designing cycles and training. Here is a good one for kiddos and bodybuilders who wants a treat! Sounds weird, tastes awesome for junk food day!
Buy Chicken tenderloins fresh, defrosted.
(Never buy bagged or precooked)*
1. Pat dry with paper towels and get a bowl for wet mix and a dish for Dry breading. Sheet pan for Oven baking.
2.Wet mix- Mix mayo 1cup, apple cider vinegar 1tbsp, Dijon 1tbsp., then dip the dry chicken in mixture (you can cover chicken w flour or gluten free flour/starch beforehand if you like. THEN-
3.Dry Mix crushed cheez-its, Cheetos(any flavor),and Parmesan(shred). Once mixed, Coat evenly and sprinkle any uncovered areas
THEN-
3.After breading, sit on raised rack and sheet pan lined w parchment paper(easy clean up) or just plain cookie sheet.
THEN
4.Cook at 400 deg 20min /+- 2min

I LIKE TO DIP IN DIFFERENT SAUCES FOR VARIETY. They are so good. Got the idea after making Captain Crunch/Cinnamon Toast Crunch covered French Toast!! Mmmmm
