    Lol yeah its not magic at all...I agree..But it does help alot IF EVERYTHING else is in check...if everything else isnt in check, gear wont do shit.

    Genetics are extremely important but I was not putting that into the equation because we cannot control our genetics, but we can control everything else e.g. diet, nutrition, training, gear, supplements, etc.
