Hello brothers and sisters! I’m getting ready for my first BB show, Mens Physique, and thanks to the guys over at PSL I’ve got a great team backing me up with quality gear to help me along the way. A little background on me, I’m 43 years old and live a pretty active lifestyle. I’ve been lifting for years, however it may have been counterproductive based on my novice decisions and training regimens. For the last two years I’ve been on track doing a mix of Crossfit and bodybuilding. I have done about 4-5 various cycles and I’ve learned to listen when my body tells me something. I am training with a coach and you’ll see more of that training info as we progress through the Log.

Heres my gear history: I’ve been on TRT for about 6 years now. 4-5 cycles under my belt. I get regular labs to keep on eye on my levels and stay healthy. My current weight is:215 lbs5’ 10”Body fat, you be the judge. I started prepping for this show on March 1st, started with a solid 16 week bulk with some EQ, Test, D-BOL. We will be logging the cut portion of the cycle which will be 7 weeks long.

Cycle plan:Test P 400mg a week

Tren A 70mg EOD

Masteron 70 mg EOD

Clenbuterol 40mcg a day for 5 days the tae a 2 day break and repeat

T-3 25 mcgs a day

Anavar 40 Mg a day. Split dose

Winstrol ( MAYBE) coach and I are still tossing that around based on our results

HGH 4 iu a day, pre bed. Ill cut the GH the last two weeks prior to my show and I’ve been on it throughout the cycle.

HCG 500 units a week split dose

.5 mg arimidex EOD

Caber .5 mg twice a week

Ancillaries

Tudca 250 mg twice a day

Hawthorne berry

Berberine

Cycle support

Creatine 5 g a day

BCAA 10 g a day

1.5 + gallons of water a day

Today was my first pin and it was smooth as usual, I actually drew test, then, and mast all in the same syringe and had no pip whatsoever...Idid notice one of my vials of teen has a little cloud to it, but its not much and I'm not worried about it. Ill get some TD pics posted this week too, if you haven't tried PSL know that their products look like they are straight from the pharmacy!

So that’s the plan, as I mentioned I’ve learned to listen to my body and I may adjust some of these levels as need be.

Day 1: Wife woke me up for some action this morning and the tren did not make it any easier, I was fucking dripping sweat just by rolling out from under the blankets. Once i got uncomfortable Mr. Happy said fuck you I'm out! So, thanks for that Tren.....I've found that whenever I make a change to my cycle I go through an adjustment period that takes me a couple weeks to get a hold of. But, when all else fails on tren, Cialis and a finger on your taint make it all better...LOL! Im kidding???

Okay so here's a look at my workout routine so far and be aware that my coach is changing it as of yesterday since we started the cut portion of my show prep.

Splits typically,

Chest/Back

Yesterday was day one and I wanted to really kick my ass since I was jacked on the Tree train again so all the reps you see below were 2-3 second negatives
Wide grip pull downs on the cable machine 10-12 rep range
Seated wide grip row 10-12 rep range
Hammer strength Seated chest press ( really focusing on the lower portion of my chest with this one) 10-12 rep range

Standing cable flys ( Pulling down to get my upper chest) Same as above

Hello my bro’s and sisters! So, my goal with this blog is not to bore you with the same ole damn info repeated throughout the day, instead it’s to give you real world info you can hopefully use to make decisions on your cycle as well as maybe your source. If you have any questions, please ask, I log in twice a week and get caught up. I don’t have any pics for the day but its only been 4 days what do you expect?..... I do have gear pics though, check out the pharmacy grade packaging and gear. No pip at all at the sites and the orals are kicking my ass right now. Great product!


My whole workout plan is based on hypertrophy training, high rep ranges, drop sets, and slow negatives. Rip the muscle facsia and force it to repair itself. My diet is on point and honestly, I’m fine with it. I’m forcing myself to eat my meals as posted above. Also, a great point to make is everyday first thing in the morning fasted cardio. 20 minutes of HIIT training. We bought a Bowflex Maxtrainer, they’re like a stair stepper banged a elliptical and this is their bastard child. We will judge my fat loss as we progress through the weeks and may step that time frame up as needed.


How do I feel?
Day 1, my injection and start of Clen, T3 and tren, mast, test was a ball buster. I felt anxious and stressed. Now, I’ve done another pin of the tren/mast and I feel great. Now my 3 injectables will be split up throughout the week and so far so good. No rela night sweats to speak of, during the day I’m a sweaty bastard, but it’s also hot as fuck where I live right now so whatevs. Since my last post I’ve done the following workouts:


Arms/ Shoulders (with my coach):
Dips/ Triceps push downs machine. 10-12 rep range
Wide reverse grip bi cep curls/Cable tri-cep kickbacks/ DB lat raises. 10-12 RR.... Then drop sets to failure
Rope pull downs/ DB lat raises. 10-12 RR. Then drop sets to failure, and I mean straight failure, down to just trying to lift my arms against gravity and failing.


Todays workout was a leg day, I wont bore you with the details, unless you want em. It was legs, its a Mens Physique show, come on already.... Partly kidding, but if you want more info let me know.

Okay heres the update:
Overall I feel great, theres been a couple grinders with my coach where I felt like I got hit by a car the next day. I’ve adjusted my dosing so that now Im taking all three compounds Tren, Mast, Test p everyday. Im just taking lower doses to get to my weekly target dose. It seems to be working great! No real night sweats to speak of, and I feel like an animal in the gym. Overall my general feeling is pretty damn good. Im up to 80mcg a day of the Clen now and after a workout I can take a nap in a heart beat! I’m still doing 5 on and 2 off for that compound. As for T-3, up to 1 1/2 tablets and they're 25mcg a piece. Let me tell yah, when I’m on that T-3 my body temp is screaming, my wife notices all the time that I feel hot to the touch. I don’t actually notice but she does.


I weigh in at home once a week and I have a handheld digital bodyfat analyzer and heres some numbers for yah.


8/20 212 lbs 17.6% BF
8/25 204 lbs 16.4% BF

Once again every morning Im hitting HIIT training on a Bowflex MaxTrainer in my garage for 30 minutes, fasted cardio. Then eat breakfast and hit the gym for weight training.


Heres a caloric breakdown for you guys:
Im eating six meals a day one meal every 3 hours. Normally I’m suppose to have two red meat options as my last two meals, but my coach is cool with our 90/10 ground beef at more frequent intervals as well.


Calories 2,719
Fat 106g
Carbs 175g
Protein 256g
As for my workouts guys Im still hitting 3 giant sets per workout and they are quick with short breaks and high volume. Im throwing in a burner for a finisher now after every workout I’m trying to leave the gym with a useless appendage.


As for the gear from PSL??? It’s good to go guys, you wont be disappointed, this stuff is legit!

Whats up everyone? I just wanted to send out a update to my progress and chime in on some changes that were made.


Progress:
Going great! Everything is going to plan with no issues. My mood swings are gone and night sweats are hit and miss now days. I would say they're gone completely except last night my sheets were a little moist. I’m sticking with my current T3 dose just to be sure I don't do any long term damage to my thyroid. Im currently at a tablet and a half and it seems to be working great. Im not sure but I think they're dosed at 25mcg a piece. Ill get back to you guys on that.


One of the many vitamins i take in the morning should probably get some mention here. Tudca. A friend advised I ad this to my cycle twice a day and that it would help with sexual performance. Now, Im not sure if it is, but its all working great so far! My wife is my training partner and being able to take care of her is one of my top priorities!


Changes: I took some advice and switched my HGH pin from pre-bed, to about 3AM, then i wake up for fasted cardio at 430AM. 30 minutes of cardio, then eat breakfast, hit the gym around 8-9AM. Let me tell you, WOW! I can feel the difference. I hit the gym ready to work and cranking out some great weight. Who knows, maybe it was in my head but honestly io forgot I had switched it up until after the workout.


My workouts haven't changed guys, so I wont bore you with details. If you have any questions though please hit me up! Im always happy to answer them.


Diet, also the same no changes because I'm leaning out nicely. I don't have any pics right now but I will next post for sure.

Can't say I've ever heard of TUDCA helping with sexual performance. I know it's a great liver aid and commonly used to protect the liver when using orals. I suppose a lot of things have indirect effects on other functions. Improving one main bodily function could indirectly improve several others. I'll have to read up on this.

Also, you're a boss for getting up at 3AM to do mother-effing CARDIO. I don't do cardio anymore because I'm a lazy idiot but even when I did it sure as fuck wasn't at 430 AM on an empty stomach. I assume you do cardio at home then go to the gym later in the morning? Or are you so dedicated that you make one trip to the gym at 430, then go home for breakfast and return again at 8-9?

Lastly, I'm quite certain HGH has a direct effect on my training as well if I take it pre-training. I recently switched to try out the GHRP/CJC combo to compare but with HGH usually I'd pin it 2 hours before workout and i'm quite confident it made a difference in my pumps and stamina. My pumps were consistently great. Even from a half-assed warm up set I'd get a satisfying pump. I feel like my recovery time between sets was much shorter and I'd be able to bang out more sets before hitting failure or total exhaustion. I wouldn't say it made any difference in my overall strength or power, my lifts didn't go up in weight or anything...but I guess you could say you're stronger if you're able to bang out an extra set or a few more reps than you could before. Prior to this I'd pin it immediately post workout so I can safely say after trying both that HGH does have some great effects on training when timed properly.
 
Jozifp, 100% you are correct. I too tried the CJC and Ipamorelin combo previously. What I found was similar to your results. I cant say I ever felt anything from the Ipamorelin, but the CJC preworkout was great! Recovery time was minimal and I felt like an animal in the gym. Now, with the HGH I’m hitting the cardio in my garage on a Bowflex Maxtrainer for 30 minutes, shower, eat breakfast, hit the gym for strength training. Everyday, no matter what. I’ve been pretty damn strict on it and my results are all the motivation I need to roll my ass outta bed everyday. I’m gonna post some pics here but the lighting in this location was shit! So, i dont normally look that blotchy.

You’ll notice my abs are starting to come in, still got some fat to cut. My coach just gave my wife a new diet, and it sounds like carb cycling is in my future. Ill post that plan when I get it. The wife is basically my manager with this stuff, because im typically to exhausted to comprehend shit.

Definite definite leaning out since day 1. I can see it in the arms and mid section. You're at the 3 week mark correct? I usually don't even start seeing results from dieting until after the first month. You're on the right track brother.

From an anabolic standpoint I’m seeing some great results, I cant believe it. My coach says he puts me at about 9 % body fat and I’m weighing in at a solid 200 pounds. From a weight standpoint there is not a lot of changes my coach is looking for, he says if I look good then he's happy with it. [/FONT]

We focus on hi reps, multi body parts, burn outs, with finishers. At the end of my strength training I get to do 30 minutes steady state cardio. [/FONT]

Whats up guys and gals? Sorry for the delay it has been hell here..... As i may have told you before my orioginal show was scheduled for the first week of November, but thanks to hard work and the high quality of PSL gear my coach says I’m ready for a show this weekend! Thats in two days guys! Im super stoked and starving....

Last week I fucked up and had a couple handfuls of tortilla chips in a mad dash of weakness, but I’ve learned from it and moved on! Havent happened again! You have to let that shit go and move on when it happens, sometimes being human just happens..

As for this last week of show prep were still doing carb cycling, 3 days on and the rest off. As of the last three days Ive had a 1/2 cup oatmeal in the morning with my first meal and that was it for carbs. Its been tough ill tell yah that. Today we started with drinking spring water only and today was a strict two gallons, no more. Tommorrow I get 1/2 gallon for the day, FML..... Tommorro I’m also cutting my proteins in half for the day and first meal is 1/2 cup oatmeal, then next meal is 1/2 cup sweet potato, and then back to oatmeal. Then I’m off to a spray tan...

Workouts, have moved from heavy to high rep and mutli movement workouts. 12-14 rep range fast sets. My coach has backed off a bit though because I feel like shit.

As for my gear, no complaints there guys. Im vascular as FUCK! I’m lean as fuck and if I had to spitball my body fat I would put me at 5-6% Last week my coach put me at 9%, better yet, you be the judge !!

First show results

Whats up everyone, well hold on to your seats cause here we go! I competed in 3 classes and I came away with a 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place win! I had a blast and couldn't be happier with what was suppose to be just some stage time practice.


We did carb cycling that last week and eventually we cut my carbs down to one 1/2 cup oatmeal in the morning. We also cut my water, on the last day I had 1/2 gallon strict. No more no less. I also cut my proteins in half on the last day, so that would be 4oz every 3 hours.


It was not pretty guys I felt drained leading up to the show but the adrenaline got me through.


Backstage I was allowed to sip orange juice with preworkout mixed in it and 3 grapes and a banana slice every 30 minutes.


This was an early show so stand by and keep your eyes on the log I’ll update it after this two cheat days that I get.

[FONT=&quot]Whats up all? Well were two weeks from my last show and things are moving just as we expected, we being my coach and I. Im up 5 lbs since the show and my coach is sure its all muscle and its all where we want it. The feedback I got from that last show was my chest needed some additional work. So, as you can imagine we’ve been doing a lot of chest/Tris. Our focus is on flys, but we still mix in the presses as well. Primarily wide grip, decline press. Last week I did a chest routine with decline flys and superset that with decline bench, holly SHIT! My chest was looking good... I felt amazing. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Lets talk about how I’m feeling.... Hungry! Im still on the same anabolic regimen no changes there but we did start the HGH back up and were doing 5iu a day, right at bed time on an empty stomach. I am a bit OCD so I have been doing my fasted cardio for 30 minutes in the AM and then I started doing 30 minutes of steady state post strength training. Well, that was too much work for the little bit of carbs I’ve been getting. I would have these bouts of insane hunger and then bad choices would happen, scoop of peanut butter, bowl of oatmeal that was just too much, you name it. My coach cut one of the cardio and bumped up my food. He said he wants me to build some size first then we will start cutting soon enough. Next show is November 2nd. [FONT=&quot]I try to mix up the proteins because damn, thats a lot of food....Still at 2 gallons of water and we have been reading a lot of positive information on Metformin, so we’re running that 1 500mg pill in the AM and 1 500mg in the afternoon. With me living at 8-9% bodyfat right now were excited to see what the results are. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]As for gear stuff, still feeling great and still seeing some amazing results from PSL gear. Literally could not ask for a better source guys, pharmacy grade stuff here. I stand by my word so much that I just ordered my PCT and off season recovery from PSL. I always order international from them because it’s a little cheaper and the packaging is always spot on. I’ve never had one get seized and they always come through. But, be sure to get your order in quick, it can take some time getting through customs. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Something interesting that I have noticed. My coach says its because my metabolism is running much faster than before. On the days when I felt like shit and had to have a carb source late in the day, the later I ate the worse my night was. Literally woke up and thought I pissed the bed, but it was just sweat. Tren has a tendency to cause night sweats anyway, but if you have issues with that while on this stuff, limit your last meal to proteins only and give yourself some time to digest before you go to bed. I always run hot on tren, but night sweats dont really get to me to bad, unless I eat late....OBVI![/FONT]

Whats up guys, sorry for the long delay I have been super fucking busy around here. Well Im 2 weeks from the real show and its a qualifier. My focus has been on gaining some size in the chest and arms. We upped my proteins to 8oz each serving, and my carbs are at 1 cup oatmeal 1st thing and 8 eggs, gross. Then i get 1 cup of rice or sweet potato with the next 3 meals. We are not cutting anything until my last week out. Ive maintained all my gains and Im sittin at about 10/11% bodyfat right now. Still feel amazing with my PSL gear no complaints there, I did bump my testosterone up a little and my masteron down a little in an effort to get that size.

Final results, Mens Physique....

Whats up everyone, sorry for the long delay.... Ive been waiting for my photos to come in so I could share them with you for my final post. Heres how it went,


Competed in three divisions and placed 2nd, 2nd, and 3rd! That 3rd place was a win in my book, it was in an open class with experienced veterans half my age, and I came in HOT!!!


As for my experience throughout this journey, during the last few days we really just cut my water down, there was no need for nutritional cutting as my weight held from my exhibition show 6 weeks prior to this competition.


As for gear, no complaints! Bottomline if you want medical grade gear, then you need to go with PSL! Theres no way around it they have the best on the market in my experience thus far. Ive since cut back and weaned myself back down to TRT dosing. Let me tell you this, after being on Tren for that amount of time, the come off has to be gradual. I literally could not sleep when I tried to quit cold turkey. My bloodwork came back this last week and I gotta spend some recovery time, all those orals had an effect. Other than that Im back on TRT and feeling great, I do miss my high Test levels though. I’m down to 620 now, back to human levels.....


In closing this forum out let me assure you that I have the utmost confidence in the guys at PSL. They are real and they are professionals. You cant go wrong.
