Really need some help skinny fat and getting fatter

    Male, mid twenties, 185lbs.

Skinny fat build. Not fat with a shirt on but without one you can see some clear abdominal fat.

I've been taking my own TRT at 200mg testosterone cypionate every week for about a year. Increased it to 300mg every week about a month ago to help kick start my training.

Got down to about 15-18% body fat and began lifting properly. Focusing on heavy compound movements such as squat, bench press and bent over barbell rows.

4 weeks into training on my new bulk diet and my stomach looks considerably fatter I've gained a fair bit of muscle around my chest, shoulders and arms but day by day my damn stomach is getting bigger and more noticeable!

    Here is my basic diet

    Homemade shake-
    2 bananas
    2 scoops protein
    400ml whole milk
    700 cals 56g protein

    Meal 2-
    3 pieces of wholemeal bread
    60g mature cheese
    3 whole eggs
    800 cals 50g protein

    Meal 3-
    400ml whole milk
    2 bananas
    2 scoops protein
    700 cals 50g protein

    meal 4-
    100g chicken breast
    tomato puree
    80g mature cheese
    2 Slices Wholemeal Bread
    700 cal 48g protein

Total calories around 3000 including all food and butter, spreads, sauces ect.
    Total protein around 200g

I'm still pretty weak. Can only barbell curl 17.5kg for like 4 sets of 6-8 reps. Can only bench 40kg and can only overhead barbell press 30kg

Although i have made some noticeable muscle gains with the above weights in a matter of weeks. I'm just getting fat!

I have got some peptides to help control fat gain but I've not used them yet. GHRP 6 + Ipamorelin 5mg of each in a vial. Magnus Pharmaceuticals. Im not really sure if these are even legit as google doesn't tell me much about Magnus peptides. I'm also not sure if these will even help to stop my fat gains.

Really need some help here before i turn into a fat bastard lol.

Are you sure you even need TRT?

    Are you running any AI's?

300mg per week is almost a full blast. Are you sure your gear is legit?

    How are you feeling?

How long did you introduce this diet? - Nevermind, I see 4 weeks on diet. Perhaps you increased calories too much too soon and are getting fat from it.

    what is your maintenance calories?

GHRP 6 Supposedly increases appetite. How dialed in is this diet and are you strict on it?

I used to use alot of peptides, but outside of HGH, HCG , BP157 and TB500 I didnt find alot that actually worked as described. I took Ipamorelin as well for months and didnt notice anything really.

GHRP6 definitely increases appetite. Useful if force-feeding chicken and eggs to meet macro #'s is hard (it is for me). Maybe not so much if you're eating bananas and bread and pudging out.

Get bloodwork. You have to control E2 most likely. Also spring for the free T% assay even though it always has a hefty pricetag. At least you'll find out early if you've got an issue there and proviron is the answer.

Hate to say it but your diet is shit man. Complete shit.

Do something more along these lines:

    Eggs/steak/oats

    Chicken and rice or potato

    Chicken and rice or potato

    Egg whites/rice

    Steak/lean beef and rice

    Greek yogurt/granola/natural peanut butter

In the appropriate amounts to meet caloric demands. Your current food choices are garbage, you need clean sources of protein, carbs, and fats. Do a little bit of cardio just to keep the fat gain down a little

Yes I'm 100% sure that i need TRT. I had a very low natural level.

Gear is also totally legit. During the 4 weeks of increasing from 200 to 300mg i have seen a relatively large increase in strength and new muscle growth. Nothing spectacular as you can see from the images but without a doubt much more than i had at this time 4 weeks ago.

I spent well over 2 years eating junk and i never gained much fat from it. Until i increased my testosterone and started this new diet 4 weeks ago.

I shit you not man my stomach was reasonably flat 4 weeks ago! Now look at it? all in 4 weeks

My maintenance calories is 2000, calculated on the calculator on the bodybuilding . com website.

I never said that i wanted to lose weight. I wanted to bulk and started my bulk 4 weeks ago.

Shit unfortunately gone bad in them 4 weeks and i have gained a considerable amount of abdominal fat...

I under the impression of calories are calories. Providing protein, carb and fat goals are reached then i heard that it doesn't exactly matter how you make the calories up? Again I'm clearly no expert with this. I'm just saying my logic behind the diet.

How long have you been lifting weights? Everyone here is going to say both your diet and weight training regiment is off. You gotta dial those two in than worry about gear

Your e2 is probably high which leads to water retention

Lifted with a personal trainer for 8 months. But he had me doing kettlebell shit. Properly lifted with compound lifts for about 1 month.

I agree completely man. I wouldn't even consider running a real cycle. But as I'm already on TRT i didn't see the harm in adding an extra 100mg to my weekly routine.

Diet 100% needs to be improved i agree. Training i am fairly satisfied is on track. Its a simple program focusing on just compound lifts which from what i gather, should be the most beneficial for now.

I have put in for bloods to check my testosterone, estrogen and thyroid.
