Yeah it works great and it will find about any food you want. It will also allow you to save meals so you can reuse it the next day or whenever you eat the same meal again.

Had a great a weekend with my son. He came to celebrate his old mans birthday. Got to lift together and just hang out. Got some Mexican for my birthday but made sure to stay on diet. Hate to see him leave but always great to have him for the weekend.

Here is my lower DC workout from yesterday. Coach provided updates today. Got one more session of cardio added this week. Also cut a few calories as well. Will post meals more regularly as we keep making changes.

Had lower DC yesterday. Did something different recommended by Dante himself for getting some leg growth. It’s been really fun but damn it’s tough. He wants you to pick a weight you can do confidently on leg press for 15 reps but do 30. Only thing you can do is stop At the top for 5 deep breaths with slightly bent legs and then continue until 30 reps are complete. Probably the hardest thing I have ever done. Word of advice don’t be overly confident because it will bite you in the ass. First time doing this I had to drop weight. 2nd I time was spot on.

2-24-20 Lower DC alternate

Lying leg curls RP 170lbs 10, 8, 8

Adductors RP 305lbs 15, 12, 11

Abductors 205lbs 18

Leg press With warmup
Window maker 12 plates plus 2 25’s 30 reps

Hack squat 3 Warmup sets with 4-5 sec pause

Got Lower Loading today. Will be pinning again today. Got 30 mins of fasted cardio in this morning. Overall feeling great so far this prep. Had issues with blood pressure a little bit since dropping Proviron it has been a lot better. Meals so far today are below.
