He crushed this off season in a way that at the end we just coasted in hopes of making weight lol. If we had kept pushing food there was no way he was making weight.
Yeah I'm very proud of Killionb12.So true! It is a professional job now, there is no room for error. I had a guy lose his class/weight by 1lb! He was devastated! I fucking pound ! To no fault of anyone; he just cut it too close. He did take home 5 trophies/medals but; it did hurt his overall outcome. On a side note: What a job you two have had ! . He looks like a damn Beast and you must have such pride !
Beef patties off the grill or cubed steaks are my off season; go-to food! I can have 8 patties in the cooler and trust me; I go through them with a smile on my face. Whereas with Chicken tenderloins my face and mind do not look the same when I open up to eat ! Lol. Kickin Ass !! Keep up all the great work! The both of yas’ !!!

It's been especially meaningful since he started with me from jump street. I've had plenty of guys come my way with past experience and a great physique to prep but, it's rare for a client to trust the process and stay on for the long haul.
Most don't understand no matter how good the program is, how much gear you take and how hard you train, it takes A LONG Time to grow good lean tissue. I've had my share of guys leave when they get sweet talked by some dude who claims he can do it better or has the secret, most of them end up coming back.

Had a really good push day today. Went wide grip on all movements for chest due to a tip from an IFBB pro my height. He has a great chest and he swears by it for longer arm front delt heavy people. I can’t argue against it. My pecs were pumped and didn’t feel anything in my front delts like I normally do.

Well had a slight setback yesterday doing legs. I tweaked my groin on the pendulum squat doing close stance of all things. It was also on a Backoff set which was lighter. Anyway on the way back up on my 9th rep I felt it and I had to rack it immediately. It’s a little tender today so will be taking it easy the next few days. Hopefully it will good to go here soon.
