Meal #1 Today

4 whole eggs
1 cup egg whites

Going to train Upper Loading "A", looking forward to it. Im up a pound today sitting at 241, feel tighter and muscles feel fuller already.

40g of protein
2 tbsp of PB

7oz chicken
1 cup Brussel sprouts
1/2 avocado

Lower Loading went great today. Felt strong all the way through my upper pump as well. Here is what went down.

Aug 12th 2019 Lower Loading A

BB squats 405lbs 7, 6 with 1 sec pause
Windowmaker 315lbs 20 reps

Close stance leg press 16plates 9, 7 reps

Lying leg curls 40lbs single leg 10, 10

Adductor 250lbs 10, 10

Calf raises 4 sets 8 plates 15, 15, 15, 15

Donkey calf raises 3 sets wife +45lbs 12, 12, 12

Upper Pump

Post workout shake
2 cups fruity pebbles
2 cups egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 banana

No training today. Body feels good overall. Got on the scale this morning and Im up to 243lbs. Conditioning is still looking good maybe even a little leaner already.

Meal #1

When I see that your second sets the same amount of reps as the first, I think you're leaving some extra in the tank.

They're not too failure yes but, the failure point should be different.....

So typically on loading if done correctly the 2nd set should usually be a rep or 2 less than the first set?
