I’m about 2 weeks in. Started to get stagnant so I have been using sdrol preworkout. My strength has been amazing but I’m so damn tired throughout the day. Going to only use it on leg day from here on out.

I’ve got some PSL superdrol myself, but didn’t touch it yet.. thinking about taking it with my next blast as soon as i start to stagnant, but if i have to believe you the lethargy has to be pretty shitty lol
it also common to use the last 2 weeks of a contest prep.

Yeah I can see how the last 2 weeks of contest prep would be useful. It definitely fills you out and hardens you without water retention.

Are you already taking a liver support like Tudca and Nac? That will also help big time with taking stress of the liver and feeling less tired / lethargic.

Solid leg day yesterday. It was one of those days where I almost got sick pushing it real hard. Is it really a good leg day if you don’t almost throw up? LOL

Leg ext. 190lbs - 12, 12, 11
Drop set 150lbs - 8
Drop set 130lbs - 10
Standing calf raises 185lbs - 15, 13, 12

Looks really impressive. Back thickness (especially rhoimboids) came up alot! Looks like your shoulders and arms are a strong point.

Oh yeah I do plenty of Heavy squats, dead’s and leg presses. Two leg days a week as well. Legs have definitely come up this offseason. Still pushing though.
