    Yeah I love that movement. I stopped doing it until coach put it in and now I love it. Really hits those middle and rear delts.

    Leg workout from yesterday. Went really well. Getting stronger on all of my lifts.

    9-18-20 leg day 1

    Weighted lunges 110lbs - 12, 11, 11

    Deadlifts 405lbs - 8 reps
    455lbs - 6, 6

    Good mornings 80lbs - 12, 12, 12

    Seated calf raises 260lbs - 14, 13, 12, 12, 12, 11

    Lying hamstring curls 140lbs - 12
    155lbs - 10, 10, 10

    Love the good Mornings and glute ham raises! Ever since starting them, it seems my Back is developing more and becoming stronger.

    Yeah I just started doing good mornings and man they hit my hamstrings and glutes like no other. I have been going lighter to get used to them. Will definitely crank up the weight here soon.

    That is key! I am just using the barbell and that was after adding glute/ham raises this past month. Starting a mini Dbol 4 week blast Sunday. After that: long Fall/Winter Bulk! Need my warm coat!! Lol

    Nice that will be a fun little run for sure!! Haha itís definitely starting to cool down here as well. We had a little backyard campfire this past weekend. Kids loved it.

    I love training in cool weather! I run so hot all the time! I havenít slept under a blanket in years! Lol. I love campfires! I have a mini one out on the deck with lounge chairs just to chill. I sleep out there sometimes (tren) lol!

    Haha you know my forearms have always been big. I swear they grow and I donít even touch them. Last time I measured them about 2 weeks ago they were 16.5 inches. My grandfather had Popeye forearms, must have inherited them somewhat. LOL
