Very successful Upper Loading session today. Strength is still going up every week. There is this very annoying guy in the weight room. He is pretty strong for sure but he is yelling all the time. Then he came over and stared at me until I got done using the dumbbells I was using. I finally looked up at him and said you need something. He was like yeah those dumbbells and I said cool and I laid back down and did my next set. LOL, then I set the dumbbells down and walked away. Then he had the nerve to ask me to spot him after that bullshit. I was like Im busy bro and he found some small skinny dude to help him. This dude likes to boss people around because he thinks he is the shit and I just ignore him all the time but it’s getting harder not to say something. Alright enough of that fucker here is what went down.

Sept 10th Upper Loading A

BB Row 315lbs 8,7

DB Row 125lbs 15, 12

HS decline press 8plates 10, 9

DB decline Press 125lbs 10, 8

DB flat bench fly 60lbs 10, 8 reps with 2-3 sec eccentric portion of the movement

military press 185lbs 8, 6

Heavy side delt partials 65lbs 15 reps

Lower Pump

Meal 6
8oz salmon
2cups jasmine rice
30g almonds

That dude sounds like a bitch. I hate fuckers like that..I really try hard to keep my mouth shut in the gym though..already been kicked out of 2 and dont wanna get tossed from this one lol..

Guys like that annoy the crap out of me. We got two of them that come in together and act like apes with rabies. Typical big strong dudes on gear that are fat and loud because they don't have any discipline. Drives me up a wall.

I hate when I go out of town to different gyms and run into those douche bags. Luckily my gym back home is pretty laid back and everyone’s pretty cool.

Had lower Loading A today. Felt really strong and knees felt great. Back to doing full weight on legs. Groin feeling about 100% now. A few meals before workout are below plus my Loading session.

Meal 1
5 whole eggs
1 cup egg whites
1 cup oats
1/2 cup blueberries

Meal 2 pre workout
6oz ground turkey
1.5 cup jasmine rice
30g almonds

Sept 12th 2019 Lower Loading A

BB Squat 415lbs 9, 7 reps
1 widow maker set 275lbs 20 reps

Close stance leg press 18plates 10, 8

Lying leg curls 155lbs 10, 8
Drop set 110lbs 10 reps

Leg extensions 235lbs 10, 10

Adductors 300lbs 10, 9

Calf press on leg press 8 plates 15, 15, 12, 12

Non training day today. Going to have a date night with the old lady. Mexican for dinner so I can usually stick to the diet. So far this is what I have eaten today.

Meal 1
4 eggs
1 cup egg whites
1cup oatmeal
1 cup blueberries

Meal 2
50g of protein
2 tbsp peanut butter

Meal 3
8oz chicken
1/2 avocado
1 cup white rice

Hey guys here are the weekly pic updates. Sorry I was traveling over the weekend and didnt get on here much. I did a poor job of meal planning as well so missed a few meals. Weight did go down a little bit hopefully I can get that back up this week.
