I use extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Just put them on a pan and drizzle EVOO on them and sprinkle the salt afterwards. I bake them until they get browned a little. Taste amazing

Yesterday’s workout and meal 1
Today. Sorry yesterday was pretty busy for a Friday. My Upper DC session was amazing and my strength is going through the roof right now. My breakfast was a little harder to get down today wasn’t as hungry as yesterday morning. Might have been me getting my last meal in late last night. Have Lower DC today and can’t wait to hit it hard.

Meal 1 today
4 eggs
1 cup egg whites
1 cup oats

August 30th 2019 Upper Dc

HS Incline Press 8 plates 8,6,6

Incline DB Press 110lbs 8, 5, 4

Stretch pushups 16 reps

Close grip low cable row 225lbs 8, 6, 5

Stretchers 145lbs 16 reps

HS Shoulder press 115lbs per arm 8, 6, 5

Reverse pec deck 170lbs 16, 15

I had high spectations from that Sweet&Spicy sauce from G Huges ...

original still my favorite along with his sugarfree ketchup.

Lower Dc went absolutely amazing today. My groin is feeling tons better but still went a tad bit lighter with slower tempo. My legs were pumped for sure. Could hardly walk after leg extensions and calf raises. Here’s what went down.

August 31st 2019 Lower DC

Leg press RP - 18plates 8,6,6

Seated leg curls 170lbs 9,7,6

Standing leg curls 80lbs 10, 8,6

Leg ext. 230lbs 12, 8, 7

Adductor 265lbs 15, 15

Standing Calf raises RP - 90lbs 10,8,7
2nd set RP - 90lbs 10, 8, 6
2 min weighted stretch

Palms up DB curl 40lbs 2 sets 24 reps

Post workout shake

Funny thing was after the 8th rep and feeling good I dropped the bar pretty hard and one side bounced off and almost got me. Weights on one side slid off and made a shit ton of noise. I was like all good around here nothing to see. LOL

Hey guys quick update. Non training day which was good. Had a busy day at work. Sorry for not posting much today. I will be back it hard tomorrow with Lower Loading B. Meals were pretty much the same today other than the first meal and 3rd meal of the day. First meal added 1 more egg and 1/2 cup more of oatmeal. Added a cup of rice to the 3rd meal of the day. Have a good night everyone!
