Haha the funny thing is that his roommate had all of this junk food. My son brought 5 lbs of protein, some canned tuna and oatmeal. Of course about 5 shaker cups as well. LOL

Sorry for not posting yesterday. Busy day with another concert. We saw Jason Aldean and Kane Brown. Great concert. My workout yesterday was below. Felt great but I tweaked my groin on leg press. It’s a little tinder today but already feeling a little better.

August 23rd 2019 Lower DC

Leg press mid stance RP - 20 plates 7 reps
Dropped to 16 plates tweaked groin 8, 7 reps 1 sec pause at bottom

Seated hamstring curls RP - 140lbs 9, 8, 6

Leg extensions RP - 225lbs 10, 8, 8

adductor 265 15, 15

Calf presses RP - 10 plates on leg press 10, 8, 7
2nd set 10, 7, 6

Palms up DB curl 30lbs - 2 sets of 24 alternating 4 reps each side for 6 rounds palms up on both hands the entire set

Upper DC today. Felt great. Hoping this groin heals quickly. Don’t want any setbacks so early in the bulk. Coach added in some more food this week. It’s going down pretty good so far. I can tell my body wants it right now so that is good. Alright so here is what went down today.

Meal 1
4 eggs
1 cup egg whites
1/2 cup oats

meal 2 pre workout
6oz ground turkey
1 cup rice

Meal 3 post workout shake
2 cups coco pebbles
2 cups egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1 banana

Meal 4
8oz chicken
1 1/2 cups jasmine rice
60grams almonds

August 24th 2019 Upper DC

HS Incline press 3plates +25 per arm RP - 7, 6, 5

Stretch pushups 20 reps

Close grip low cable rows 215lbs 10, 6, 4

Stretchers 145lbs 15 reps

HA Shoulder Press RP 2 plates +25lbs - 10, 8, 6

Reverse pec deck 165lbs 18, 16

V bar press down 210lbs 15, 15

Haha thanks bro. That vein has always been pretty prominent for me. Well it’s definitely has gone up since early summer. I was probably 9-10% then. Now I’m probably between 13-15%.

Today’s Upper Loading A session went really well. I’m loving this EP Test Deca combo. Really smooth and working really well so far. Pinned 1ml of the Test E 250mg/Deca 200mg with .5ml of EP Mast E 200mg and .5ml of EP Test E 250mg.

I actually tested today was at 15.8% using those handheld things. I have been off GH for a few weeks been waiting on it from Ironlion. I guess package got lost so they sent out again. I’m hoping that will bring the body fat down a little but I’m bulking right now so not too concerned. LOL

Those handheld deals are shit.

You can get a set of calipers for like five bucks and it's pretty easy to test, you just need someone to help on certain pinch points.

Id say less then 13%.

You have no lower back fat really so, that helps.

Well i thought it was a little high but I normally do carry a little more belly fat when bulking.
 
Busy day at work didn’t get to post a whole lot today. The extra food today is definitely harder on non training days but still got it down okay. Most likely it’s the extra carbs on these days that are so filling. On training days it’s not a problem at all. Last meal today is below.

10oz salmon
2 cups of salad
2 tbsp of balsamic dressing
