    Killionb12 stage prep with Uncle Z

    Upper Loading B today. Strength is still going up and feeling like a machine lately! Here is what went down. Personal PR on Incline bench with 315lbs by 8. Funny thing was after the 8th rep and feeling good I dropped the bar pretty hard and one side bounced off and almost got me. Weights on one side slid off and made a shit ton of noise. I was like all good around here nothing to see. LOL

    Sept 2nd 2019 Upper Loading B

    Iso lat pull 6plates and 25lbs 10, 8

    Rack pulls 455lbs 8,7

    BB Incline Press 315lbs 8, 6

    Decline DB press 125lbs 10, 8

    High cable flys 120lbs 15
    Drop set 100lbs 10

    DB Shoulder Press 80lbs 12, 10

    Heavy partial side delts 65lbs 16 reps

    Lower pump

    Hey guys quick update. Non training day which was good. Had a busy day at work. Sorry for not posting much today. I will be back it hard tomorrow with Lower Loading B. Meals were pretty much the same today other than the first meal and 3rd meal of the day. First meal added 1 more egg and 1/2 cup more of oatmeal. Added a cup of rice to the 3rd meal of the day. Have a good night everyone!

    Meal 1 today. Have Lower Loading B later. Looking forward to it! Feeling strong and rested. In case you never had 5 whole eggs with 1 cup of egg whites that is what it looks like on a regular size plate. LOL
