I like your Monster plan; you could actually use 20-30mg at 10mg with a meal for 8 weeks if you wanted to use for more partitioning of macros. The high volume, fast paced training along with killer diet and you can burn up excess fat easy. I sometimes run short Clen runs and it seems to give me a tren effect if I am starting to spillover a bit(even when I don’t drop my calories. Enjoy yourself MK!

but.... I might. I’d really like to get some bloods (both hormone and complete lipid profile) before I begin. So I’m looking for a new doc.... there’s one in my town that just opened shop so I’m scheduling a new customer appointment and try to feel her out a bit... hopefully she’s hot but... more importantly... hopefully I can develop a trusting relationship with her so I can get the proper care I need to do this shit the right way without being afraid of the consequences of insurance being nazi fuckers a bout everything.

but yeh man, I might very well just do that lower dose/longer run.

Pretty good sesh. Wasn’t feeling it at all... then just forced myself to start... then started feeling it. Was worth it!

i found out that doing my rows from a higher starting position has def helped curb some low back pain.


also, sitting on the floor and bracing feet against the cable functional trainer for lat pull downs makes it a little better.....

Getting cold there yet? We’re you able to heat the weight room for winter? I remember you talking about it but I’m not sure if you finalized the install.

was actually getting ready to send you a message regarding my best option in that regards. I got a 12000btu electric ac/heating unit rated for 550sq ft. I’ve got 288 sq ft to insulate. I wanna keep this thing on 24/7 and let the thermostat do it’s thing.

im running 100amp panel from a 30 amp double pole breaker from my home panel. The reciprocal that will be used for this unit is 20amp. 12/2 wire from gym panel
to reciprocal for electric heating unit. This unit is 230volts... what do I gotta change to make sure this is legit? And what insulation would you use? The mineral wool or fiberglass batts (r-13 is all I found today so far, if I try harder I might be able to get a better r rating) or foam board?

so... what insulation would you use and do I have to change out my reciprocal and/or breaker to run this 230 volt unit with no problems?

i know you are in the know in this area and honestly im fairly green here.... I’d prefer to learn from others mistakes not my own in this regard 😂

Weather in my area is super weird lately.... 70 degrees the other day and today 50 ... nighttime is low 30’s.... I tell ya what man. Grabbing on to the iron after it’s been refrigerated all night sucks lol
 
I’m gonna see if oldschool can help with the electrical question. He’s beyond a guru with anything electrical.

as far as the insulation, I would look and see what local code is as it varies greatly across the nation. Safe bet is to follow what’s required for new construction in your area. I will tell you that the ridged foam sheets are dense as hell and will provide far better than the minimal code, but they are not cheap at all!

Look at the name plate and give me the amprege.
Then tell me whats in this 288 sq ft the sub panel serves and we will do a load calculation

ok so... I got some pics

the 288sq ft gym has one dedicated 20amp breaker to the reciprocal that I plan on plugging the heater/ac unit into. Another dedicated 20 amp breaker for 3 LED lights that I have run to a light switch. And another 20amp breaker that runs 2 other reciprocals.

the 100amp sub panel also has two more 20amp breakers that run the lighting (2 LED light bars) on one circuit and 3 reciprocals on another circuit in my adjoining workshop/equipment storage.

The calculated load of your 288 sq ft room is 900 watts (3 x 300 rounded up)
So your total calculated load on a 30 amp feeder is 1961 watts. At 30 amps you have 7200 watts available (30x 240) so you are well within the ampacity of your sub panel. I would run a 20A 240V (2 hots, 1 ground) to a dedicated receptacle and plug that bitch in!

awesome! i will do just that! Thanks a lot man. Gonna insulate it next week and get this project wrapped up finally.
 
Also, I’m gonna start my deca, test, dbol blast this coming weekend. 500mg sustanon, 300mg deca and 25mg dbol (preworkout and once daily on non workout days) because the dbol is dosed at 50mg and I suck at cutting them so I’m gonna split them in half and see how it goes.

meal prep back in action (chicken, rice and bok chuy veggie medley or 93/7 beef, sweet potatoes and steamed veggies) daily. I’m ok with eating the same stuff daily for the sake of ease. I’ll eat whole fruits (bananas, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries) along with oatmeal in the mornings. Pound down the h20 and totally eliminate the bullshit (beers, garbage foods in general)

I will go back to a 5 day bro split at that point and stay in the 8-10 rep range for compound lifts and 12-15 for accessory movements.

we shall see how it goes. Planning on starting this Saturday.
 
Hard days work! Threw up a lil on the last set of ab rollers. Starting feeling queezy so I cut my sets down to 3 for the accessory movements. HR stayed high through the entire workout so no heavy bag work post lifting. Perhaps tomorrow? We shall see...
