Lower back pumps were screaming so I pussied out of my lunges .... got a great workout in tho.... one of those puke in my mouth type workouts... but honestly I think it was because my stomach was a bit fucked up after taking kratom with pre workout.... didn’t sit right..

haha I’m not really having a baby... just saying there’s this chick at work that might be pregnant... could be covid weight too tho. She got a fine ass and teases me daily...

as far as a cut.... I’m gonna stay on test @ 500mg week.... maybe by March I’ll be ready for a cycle (it’s been a long time)... I’d be open to a low dose test/mast/tren a cycle just before summer... then if I can keep my dick to the grindstone I might be doing that test/deca/dbol cycle this September or October...

my main goal is to get my mind set back, keep my diet consistent and turn up the post workout cardio little by little.... that should help get rid of the dad bod I’ve acquired from all the down time and other things that have sidetracked me.

Verra Nice pics!! Whew ! Almost thought you sired a new baby! ! I like the ta/tp/mp combo for ridding the belly fat . With the tren at 200 you should have minimal sides along with double test/mast. I am a walking sex demon! I always add proviron twice daily but you have the mast so your good. Good amounts too. Sept. One is conservative which I like, that one definitely add a bit o provi split dose one tab would do nice. I will help you with a little macro magic aka easy quick meals. I like the 5mg cialis low dose for BPH care. Everything looks good.

Today’s leg/shoulder day.... was gonna do it last night but had some serious gut pain. Feel a bit better today so far so tonight after work I’m gonna push it.
 
Ugh..... lower back pain... but I got thru it. Starting to look swole with a muscle pump but the love handles are still there so no nudes until I get them sons a bitches under control... thinking of running a mini tren/mast blast for like 6-8 weeks and starving myself to just get the bf down a bit... but I prolly won’t. I talk myself out of shit all the time..


come to think of it.... it’s been almost a full year since I’ve ran a cycle... been just “trt” I think since this dumbass corona shit started.

Got super pumped in the chest so I skipped flat bench today.... my upper body is coming along nicely but my core looks like I’ve been overdosing slin and gh (never done either) ... got bubble guts. I think it’s inflamed from drinking a lot of kava and bubly water lately... like constant bloat.

anyways.... decent workout... went up in weight on all lifts..


I tell ya man..... no time at all to lose your gains and progress but fuck it takes forever to get it back.

So I’m planning on hitting legs and shoulders tonight. I wanna change it up a bit and add burner sets at the end of some of the workouts ... probably squats and military presses....

so a few questions :

would it be better to do burnout sets on isolated movements or compound movements? Or should I add my burnout sets to both types of movements? Do you think doing a burnout set at the end of each of my lifts is overkill?

also....my rear delts suck... it’s really difficult for me to even feel working. I have decent size shoulders and my front delts are, in my opinion, too big as they make my chest look even smaller.

what are some rear delt movements I can incorporate to my shoulder day that are easier to isolate my rear delts with?

Coach always had me doing rear delt swings. Lots and lots and lots. Low rep/high weight days were almost non existent. Most days were 20 rep sets...or more.
 
Bent db lat raises, reverse incline db lat raises, face pulls, reverse pec deck all moderate/light weight and moderate/high reps all hit my rear delts. Gotta focus so the traps and rhomboids don't take over though. High frequency works best for me as well. 3-4 sets 3 times a week for me when I'm in a good stride

But I've been on a higher frequency per body part lately. If you've got a week before you hit that muscle again you might be able to handle it.
 
I’ll try some rear delt raises on an incline bench tonight, high rep/light weight (i will play around with grip positions and try hammer grip rotating to supine grip and see if I can’t get them rear delts to activate) and some reverse pec deck type stuff on my cable machine.... in an upright standing position.

I gotta work on finding a stance and neck position that de activates my traps tho. On bent over delt raises my traps definitely take over.

I think im gonna stop doing front delt raises for awhile and focus on side/rear delts. My rear delts just don’t show and my front delts pull my posture forward. I think this also contributes to my under developed chest due to front delts taking too much load while benching.

yeah I’m starting a 6 day split... 3 on 1 off 3 on then repeat (Legs/shoulders, back/tris, chest/bi’s) I don’t really have a bunch of different equipment so I thought maybe I’d split the week up with heavy lifts (6-8 rep range) for the first half and light weight (12-16 rep range) for the second half of the week.

my problem is I like volume so I’m gonna have to force myself to cut my sets down each session in order to prevent injury. I’m middle aged (34) in gym rat years ... tired of injuries.
 
Lol same age man. They start adding up. Slightly tore my right pec yesterday on the incline bench after doing, guess what, on my last push day. Too many damn drop sets

Got home and put some bpc157 and igf-1 in that mother fucker though. Prob need a couple weeks off chest now. If I'd just taken another day or two before chest again I'd have been fine.
 
Just wanted to let peeps know that I’m gonna suspend this log until I start another blast. I’ve still been on trt (over a year now) and although I’m getting gym sessions in, I’m not able to fully dedicate myself just yet to justify starting another blast. My diet is a lot better lately as I’ve obstained from the post work beers and convinced my wife to help me with meal prep. We are both doing this weight watchers thing (don’t laugh). I’m not really that fat but she wanted me to do it with her because eating healthier is a good thing and she wanted me to help her stay on track. For me, I got nothing to lose (except my love handles hopefully) so why not?

anywho... I’ll resume this log or start a new one once I get myself into a position where I can really take this bodybuilding thing seriously again. My daughter’s treatments will hopefully being coming to an end later this year/early next year so eventually I’ll get my head back on enough to indulge my vanity once again.

until then I’ll still be trolling the pit and occasionally helping others out with whatever I can.
