So, finally got so groceries.
quick question... can I add seasoning to my chicken while it’s cooking in the pressure cooker? I cook it from frozen state, just wondering if I sprinkle my beer can chicken seasoning over the frozen breasts then cook it, will it actually flavor my chicken?
Ive used pressure cooker for years but never added anything to the pot... just use condiments after, usually.
Breakfast:
1 banana, 3 scrambled eggs, 1 turkey sausage
snack:
cup of dry roasted almonds
lunch:
1 turkey burger, 1 sweet potato, half bag of steamed Brussels sprouts
pre gym:
rolled oats w/ mct oil
dinner:
to be determined
try to do legs on mondays but went on a long hike Saturday and my legs are sore so gonna change it up...shoulders/triceps perhaps but.... if this mct oil pre shake is effective I will do back/biceps (I can do more volume on back day)

I suggest using an intra drink man. It'll get rid of the hypo issues you're having during your workout by continually feeding fast carbs. I have to use one personally. 30g carbs on normal days and 50g on leg day combined with EAAs and a concoction of other stuff. Then make sure you follow up with carbs on the next meal, maybe the next two if necessary
can I use the rolled oats with mct as an intra? I couldn’t find the macadamia nut oil in the grocery store...I’ll have to get the EAA soon... wanted to see if the mct oil will get me a lil boost of energy in my workout so I’m getting more outta what I can do at least... see the surgeon next week. Tired of being on weight restrictions lol...

You can get some premade intra workout carb drinks and powders or make your own with dextrose powder and a flavoring. Maybe dump a scoop in some gatorade or powerade zero, or mix some EAA and a scoop of dextrose if you want it flavored. I would feel fat and bloated taking oats during a workout, but thats just me. Im usually bloated nowadays anyways, ever since doritos came out with Sweet Spicy chili flavor. for real though, if you havent tried these yet, DONT. I swear they have crack in them. It hits my fatboy feels just right, which Ive been all up in lately. Lmao.
For my intra I do this:
1 scoop TN eaa+
15g beet root powder
25g dextrose/maltodextrin blend
7g creatine
4g taurine
4g beta alanine (will drop this when I run out)
5g citrulline
1 packet true lemon peach lemonade
Obviously all of this isn't needed, but I like the extra pump. The beet root I do for pumps and blood pressure.
With this I don't need to eat a meal preworkout while dieting but I still have energy to lift hard without gassing out
