M.King Monster Log

so up until a year or so ago I was working nights... I’ve never had much appetite in the morning so I’d wake up and go to the gym fasted. And i felt good doing it that way. Energy was up. Then I’d eat afterwards and go to work. But then I started feeling sick all the time but I went back on days and now I eat before gym... but once in a while I’ll still go through bouts of hypoglycemia if I don’t invest enough carbs throughout the day. I’ve had blood work done a few times, none suggest diabetes or anything.

Im just a fat ass that has to eat carbs ;)


I was curious. I thought maybe it was a plan to achieve a certain goal, idk. If I train hungry or low on water, it's counterproductive for me, I'll skip, or just do abs and claves if I just feel the need to get a pump and break a sweat.

so... walking to my gym...she was ahead of me...great ass bro... cute face long dark hair , so she stopped abruptly to turn into a storefront and I was caught staring so I said “hey momma, are you married?” She says (with a bitchy tone like she hates all men) “No, I’m not married you know why?, cuz I’m not stupid” so (I’m getting a lil scared) I say so does that mean your single... she says yes I’m single (still super aggressive tone) so instead of telling her how great her ass looks I say “we should grab some dinner” she says “ “Dinner?!, yeah ok” (still sounding like a feminist bitch) and then I just went to the gym..she went into a store ... it was strange.

But if i I run into her again I’m just gonna straight up tell her that I want to fuck her brains out.

I figure aggressive bitchy women need dominate men. I’m hoping she’s there tonight.

Ill let ya know if I get arrested lol

i get the little ‘ghost’ in the corner of my vision, had to rush home before I got blinded.

Took some red Kratom...usually I puke then take a nap and it goes away(except the migraine hangover which will suck tomorrow) been awhile since I had one of these sum bitches..

anyways I think I need a day or two off from weights... gonna try to get some heavy cardio in this weekend.

yeah they gave me reglan or something like that... lowers my BP to the point where I feel like I’m dying. Just better to ride it out.

quick question... can I add seasoning to my chicken while it’s cooking in the pressure cooker? I cook it from frozen state, just wondering if I sprinkle my beer can chicken seasoning over the frozen breasts then cook it, will it actually flavor my chicken?

Ive used pressure cooker for years but never added anything to the pot... just use condiments after, usually.

Not sure. I always let it thaw first and season it before I stick it in the IP.

I dont know why it wouldnt work. I mean the seasoning isnt going to just disappear as it cooks, so you should taste it just fine. Try it and let us know.

1 banana, 3 scrambled eggs, 1 turkey sausage

snack:
cup of dry roasted almonds

lunch:
1 turkey burger, 1 sweet potato, half bag of steamed Brussels sprouts

pre gym:
rolled oats w/ mct oil

dinner:
to be determined

try to do legs on mondays but went on a long hike Saturday and my legs are sore so gonna change it up...shoulders/triceps perhaps but.... if this mct oil pre shake is effective I will do back/biceps (I can do more volume on back day)

I suggest using an intra drink man. It'll get rid of the hypo issues you're having during your workout by continually feeding fast carbs. I have to use one personally. 30g carbs on normal days and 50g on leg day combined with EAAs and a concoction of other stuff. Then make sure you follow up with carbs on the next meal, maybe the next two if necessary

You can get some premade intra workout carb drinks and powders or make your own with dextrose powder and a flavoring. Maybe dump a scoop in some gatorade or powerade zero, or mix some EAA and a scoop of dextrose if you want it flavored. I would feel fat and bloated taking oats during a workout, but thats just me. Im usually bloated nowadays anyways, ever since doritos came out with Sweet Spicy chili flavor. for real though, if you havent tried these yet, DONT. I swear they have crack in them. It hits my fatboy feels just right, which Ive been all up in lately. Lmao.

Yeah I used to do oats and isolate halfway through my workout to keep glucose in my started, you could do half pre and half in the middle of you want. Its better than nothing for sure
 
For my intra I do this:

1 scoop TN eaa+
15g beet root powder
25g dextrose/maltodextrin blend
7g creatine
4g taurine
4g beta alanine (will drop this when I run out)
5g citrulline
1 packet true lemon peach lemonade

Obviously all of this isn't needed, but I like the extra pump. The beet root I do for pumps and blood pressure.

With this I don't need to eat a meal preworkout while dieting but I still have energy to lift hard without gassing out
