    no bc I donít know if anyone in here is competing against me lol Iím going for my pro card! Iím on all the basic contest prep drugs nothing special no secrets. I eat the same food everyday Iím doing 50g pro/50-100g carbs per meal , and 3 meals have added 14g of fat once the show is done Iíll post the entire prep.

    And that's how we should all do our sets. Maybe 2 top sets maximum for those who can't yet generate alot of intensity. The sub-failure "ramping" sets still contribute to overall volume and pump, while the heavy max set stimulates new gains.

    im a bad example I hoped on gear at 16! But I wanted to be a pro back then. But if I could back in time I would have waited until 18-19
