    Lol I told you I was a lot bigger before I got hurt. I didnít even train for months and ate 1 meal a day

    New diet Iíve been doing

    Meal 1 : 2 cups egg whites , 1 cup oatmeal , 1 banana , 16oz juice

    meal 2 : 9 oz chicken 2 cups rice 1/2oz cashews
    meal 3 : 9 oz beef 2 cups rice
    meal 4 : 9 oz chicken 2 cups rice 1/2 oz cashews
    meal 5 : 2 scoops whey , 1 cup oatmeal , 2 tablespoons nut butter
    meal 6: 9 oz beef 1 1/2 cup rice

    post workout 2 scoops whey, 2 scoops karbolyn

    Dunno if you answered this already. But what have most of your previous cycles looked like? What type of dosages do you typically run? Whats the highest youve gone with dosing?
