The Gang of 8 Bill back in 2013 was a bipartisan bill for a path to citizenship that included 8 Billion for over 300 miles of fencing. These same democrats approved that but won't give Trump a dime. If you want illegals to have a chance at citizenship then you can't let anyone else in. Secure the border.
