    Maybe HFO3's been hopping on one leg lol. I'd go nuts if I had an injury that kept me from training. In fact I had a nasty arm injury over 2 years ago that resulted in damage to tendons i shoulder, elbow and wrist...could not lift for 3 months so just cardio...that was nuts.
