    What's your current cycle looking like right now?

    I know there are probably a thousand of these running around this forum, but it's always fun to see what people are on.

    I'm currently running a "Mix Blend of Test P, Mast P, and NPP" 100mg of each. I shoot M, W, F, 2 cc's of each so I'm at 600 of each. with 60 mg of Var and adex at 0.5mg every other day. Caber at 0.5 mg every other day as well with 500 iu's for the boys twice a week. Pretty simple, but damn I'm loving it. And holyshit DQ's Var is legit.

    50mg Winstrol daily
    50mg Anavar daily
    20mg Cardarine daily
    Exemestane, Caber

    300mg deca

    Tomorrow will be start of second week, might bump test up depending on how it goes after 3 weeks or so.

    First deca cycle. Shall be interesting

    Who hoo brotha!!! Thatís a step in on stage sort of cycle!!! That with your current diet will shred you up. Have you ever done done var with winny before? It can wrek havoc on your joints. Just make sure you do really through warm ups!

    No I never have, and to be honest this may in fact be overkill, but Iím going to give it a shot. If the sides are too much Iíll just dial it back.

    I do have a question for all you guys though. Iím making a trip to Vitamin Shop tomorrow. What are the ďgo toĒ and ďnecessaryĒ OTC supplements to take when running a cycle like this and these compounds.

    Currently I only take a multi, fish oil, and vitamin C

    NAC is excellent for the liver. The dose is important though. The 1g dose has been shown to increase the production of Glutathione which is the most powerful anti oxident in your body.

    The pre and pro biotocs are just plain good to use. The gut plays a huge role in every aspect of your body so keeping it healthy has a myriad of great effects. Also, digestion being one of those, if you're not digesting your food effeciently, you're not making the most of it. Less Gainz.

    Magnesium is just a good mineral in general. Given your cycle, especially with the tren, var and winny, magnesium would be beneficial for both Hydration and it's effect to help muscle return to a "relaxed" state aka un-contract aka not cramp. That's also part of the reason it is used before bed for sleep since it helps the muscle relax in a sense.

    Just finishing this cycle up:

    Weeks 1-8
    T bol 40 mg daily first 4 weeks
    Test 500 / wk
    EQ 600 / wk

    Weeks 8-14
    Test 600 / wk
    EQ 700 / wk
    Tren Ace 125 / wk
    Tren E 125 / wk

    Was going to add some winny last few weeks, but felt it wasnt necessary.

    Not really a fan of these longer cycles anymore. First time with EQ and wanted to give it a good run.
