Heavy skull crushers really hit the long and medial head for me

I actually have a terrible time building my triceps. These are the exercises I do:
    Cable push down
    Reverse cable push down
    Behind the neck rope
    Skull crushers

Any advice or killer routines that hit all 3 heads would be much appreciated.

My three base/most effective are these:

Close grip bench - move some heavy slag

Skull crushers off the floor - like a floor press except skull crushers. Bring it down anover your head all the way to the floor on each rep, so each rep is a dead press. Makes the move much harder and for me has been way more effective

Reverse single arm overhead press - this is a weird one. The best I can do is link Dante Trudel's IG post about it. It works the holy hell out of the lower portion of my triceps toward the elbow, much harder than any other exercise I've ever done.

    https://www.instagram.com/p/BvFjHTyn...d=gbekocsa909b

I do one of these for an all-out balls to the wall DC rest-pause set between 20-30 reps, except for the close grip bench where I go heavy and stay between 12-16 total reps. Then I do another finisher like a cable exercise or assisted dip pushdowns for usually 3 sets with 3 drops on the last set. If you're working hard enough this should leave you completely spent after you're done. Utilize progressive overload and push it harder than you thought possible.

I’m not quite understanding what you’re saying. The 7 shape? What is that in reference too? I’ve never heard of it

Superset your skull crushers with close grip press. Hit 15 reps eps each. You’ll really target the entire tricep with it. Also weighted dips keeping your body more upright.

what is your favorite cycle for lean mass?
not bulk specific or cut specific, just a well rounded cycle.

my favorite of all time was
500mg long ester test or iso weekly
    400mg npp weekly
( always contemplated mast but never tried it)
    anavar - 40-50mg daily.
    and an ai.
sometimes i will toss a little clen in there depending on how i look and feel mid way through.

would adding mast p to this cycle make much difference? or another oral perhaps. i use to like switching orals mid cycle but havent done it in a very long time.

What would be your best primo Acetate oral dosage for the last 5-6 weeks on a cut?

I wouldn’t go the oral route with primo. It would be way too costly. I would go primo ace injectable if I were to add it that late. But to be quite honest, the last 6 weeks on a cut I prefer Tbol at 70-80mg or superdrol at 10mg. Adding a “bulking” oral at the tail end of a cut really gives a complete and full look on the physique.

Add: that suggestion is based off of your physique. Where you are at now, by the end of a cut (if done properly), you should be below 10% so adding a “bulking” oral that brings no water retention will really help with looking full and maintaining size and strength.
