No rest between, just go and increase weight till all you can hit is 8 reps.

All 10 reps for total of 50 reps per set

Lat pull down
Doing 10 reps and moving up the weight for a total of 50 reps for one set

Started at
75
87.5
100
112.5
125

First 2 sets were good
3 rd set got 8 on 112.5 and 125

4th set got 6 on 125

5th set lowered the weight on click on each time to work on focus on squeezing lats

E-Z curl bar straight arm pull downs
Started at 60 up to 110 for 10 reps and moved up in 10 lb increments did 3 sets u till I was told to stop and do something different

So switched to rope pulldowns bending at the waist pull down to thigh while at the same time arching the back. Did about 15 reps then immediately while standing close pullbacks and hold for 5 sec on each rep did 15 of those for one set

Did 5 sets started at 70lb and moved up 10 lb each set.

Did some resistant bicep work about 4 sets of 15 seated.

My shoulders were still sore so called it a day and prob just hitting calves tomorrow let the body rest.

Did some chest today trying to find my max

Got up to 405 with a 2-3 sec pause good rep

Went to 415 failed halfway up.

Put on a single ply slingshot and got 415 and 435 with a good pause.

Shooting to get a good 455 press raw soon. Today I weighed in at 214 and lifted before I ate.

So I will eat a good breakfast and try again in a few days.

Now I know my max currently I will build on it. I need to work on lats for sure and make sure to use them on the press as well.

Most all Drs prescribe T4 based off the TSH level. Very few prescribe T3, just T4, unless you have problem converting T4 to T4.

Desirable TSH ranges (and yes, they are like golf scores lower=faster metabolism) were dramatically revised in 2003. Unfortunately, many Docs who are not endocrinologists are clueless about the revised standards.

I see the thyroid stimulating hormone number. I was commenting only on his T4, which is still at the low end.

His TSH is low normal, which means his metabolism is running well and efficiently. Anything around 1 is good (fast) and my advice is to keep doing what you are doing to keep it there.

If a doc tells you a TSH over 3.5 is OK, get another doc.
 
OK, but according to the study, IGF-1 bioavailability is less w/ alcohol added IE scores will be lower.

I will read those in just a bit I’m cooking right now...... if this is the case wonder what my igf numbers would have been.... cause I do consume vodka almost nightly ——- I mean nightly

If you ever do quit you will lean out. Your liver is able to metabolize fat much more efficiently when it is not working overtime to metabolize alcohol.

I can tell you right now that you are very genetically gifted for this sport. If you ever set your mind to competing you will do well. You would be a force in the 212's.
