Have felt a little flat this week, but we ran training lanes all week so I know I’ve been dehydrated pretty badly and haven’t been 100%, so it’s to be expected. Now I’m home so shit will be better!

Single Arm cable Tricep ext’s:

Close Grip cable Tricep Ext’s:
3X20 @65lbs

Squats w/ EliteFTS Heavy Band on each side:
+225 bar weight- 2X5
(If you’re unfamiliar with these, I invite you to check out some Westside Barbell style training videos, adding band tension is an incredibly difficult training dynamic but it often used by powerlifters to blast through plateaus)

Stiff legged Deadlifts:
135X10
225X8
275-3X6

Lying Leg Curls:
3X10 @110lbs

Single leg leg Ext’s:
3X8 each side @70lbs

Seated leg curls:
3X12 @100lbs

Feeling my knees ache a little the past 2 days, but today was able to hit the weight I wanted and maintain form. It was an exhausting day fellas, I’m gonna enjoy sleep tonight lol.

Nice work brother.. do u train fasted in the morning? I've tried a couple times but it's always a failure..I've always had to have at least one meal in me before weight training..I can do fasted cardio and it doesn't bother me much, but when lifting I run out of gas and power too fast.. keep it up, you look fantastic, can't wait to see u later this summer.. what's ur weight right now?

I’m pretty much fasted when I have to train this early man, I have to get up at 5 every morning and I go before I head to work so that once I’m off I can enjoy the rest of my night, training in the afternoon was definitely easier to accomplish as a single man lol. I guess I just push myself hard no matter what time I get in there, I think the Army has probably contributed to that, but I definitely enjoy training in the afternoons more. I appreciate it man!! I’m sitting around 207 first thing in the mornings right now
