    AA sponsored log

    Received yesterday my pre-competion cycle from Anabolic Alliance . Cycle includes test propionate , tren acetate , masteron propionate , anavar and winny caps . Without going into details i can say that packaging and shipping was very professional . Communication also very good , these guys are very helpful and answer e-mails quickly
    I'm exactly 9 weeks and half from Swiss nationals where i'll be entering the over 50 division . I'm 63 years old but as there's no over 60 cathegory i said WTF i'll do it anyway . My only worry is my left ankle which i broke badly earlier last year while working as a security guard . After the accident and 3 months of painfull theraphy i started training and even competed at the IBFA world championship in Rome where i took 5į place . Fast forward...just before christmas i started having pain in my ankle and noticed that was swollen . Went to the emergency and right away they drew out some liquid that caused the swelling and pain . Yet again i had to stop lowerbody training for 3 weeks before i got the ok from doctors . So now here i am , training as hard as i can like i always do . Want to say a big thanks to AA for sponsoring this log and i will give it my best shot
    The cycle

    Started today
    Test propionate 300mg eod
    Tren acetate 300mg eod
    Masteron propionate 300 eod
    This is the starting point and i will modify thr dosing while i progress in my prep

    At 6-7 weeks out i will add the var and winny
    I'm also running some sustanon which i have left at 125mg eod
    Gh at 4.5 ius ed ( puretropin vrey tops from IronLion
    T4 at 100mg ed
    Arimidex at 0.5 mg eod

    Diet

    Starting at 300g pro , 200g carbs , 80g healthy fats
    Days off or cardio only i will lower carbs to 100g and fats will go up to 100g

    Training and cardio

    Each body part gets 20-25 sets , lots of supersets , trisets , giant sets really HIT workouts that last no more than 30-35m .
    Legs get 30-40 sets in about 45-50m

    Cardio is fasted 1h every morning except leg day . I usually use the treadmill . Sometimes i'll do HIT for 20-25m

    How the hell do you do it joe? Youíve gotten almost every sponsor on asf to sponsor a cycle for you lol. Whenís the last time you actually purchased some gear? Anyhow good luck with your prep hope it all works out

    Starting weight is 85-86 kg at 5'7
    Training today : legs

    Seated leg curl 6 sets 20-15-12-10-8-15 reps goin' up in weight with oly a count of 10 between sets . Last set of 15 reps lighter for the final pump
    Leg ext. Same as above
    Smith machine squats 3 warm up sets , 3 sets of 10 with 275
    Unilateral leg press 6 sets 15 reps
    Adductor and abductor machines 4 sets each 20 reps
    Dumbell SL deadlifts 5x12
    Seated calves 5x20 reps

    Lol true story. Definitely quite a few. Anyway best of luck to ya and at least the gh will speed up your recovery for the broken ankle

    This was my left ankle just a few minutes after the accident .
    Believe it or not it kept swelling more and more ....pain was unbeareble

    Mine was about 3 times that size when I got it smashed between the back of a forklift and concrete wall, yeah the guy got fired after that, surprisingly didnít break anything had compressed compartment syndrome, took about 6 weeks to recover, so if you still got problems something else is going on in there, which sucks

    Yeah well my ankle was broken in 2 areas . The wanted to do surgery but choose not to . Had a cast for 40 days then a smaller one for 2 weeks
