Yeah, I hear ya man. I see that you can relate to my plight. Most days, I try to remind myself that I need to remain thankful that I have a decent paying means of employment. But some days, it just gets to me how the people in charge will usually put more effort into doing things the wrong way, than it would take to do their job the correct way, and to actually solve problems like they're paid to do. The unfortunate thing is that the way they do their job, directly effects our job. I guess it goes back to an old saying that us worker bees used to have in the 80's...."It's tough to soar like an eagle when you're working with a bunch of turkeys."It's exactly the same way where I work. The only time they ever *slightly* change their opinion is when they have to come and stand in your place and realize what a pain in the ass it is to do things the hardest way possible. It's amazing companies manage to stay in business at times.
So I often also remind myself that the real reason I'm being paid a decent wage is because I have to put up with some irresponsible losers upstairs.
