I’m about to finish up on my cycle and I want to make sure it’s as good as I can make it. I have tren a and tren e to choose from. What’s the better tren to finish with?
What was your original goal and what are you looking to accomplish? If you're about to finish up I would save them for a rainy day.. focus on recovery and what lies ahead after that..
Okay.. I was thinking that just didn’t want to put like 5 question in one sentence. Im about to pick up liquid nova 30ml bottle. How would I take that? Should I put something else with it??

I'm not sure how the liquid tamoxifen is dosed.. I'm assuming you're coming off Test and whatever else was in there was an added bonus.. A PCT with tamoxifen alongside of clomid would look like the following..
Tamoxifen 60/60/40/40/20
Clomid 100/50/50
That is broken down into weeks and the numbers represent daily dosage.. 5 weeks of tamoxifen, 3 weeks of clomid starting at the same time..

Once again thanks ...So, after week 5 I will have acquired more gear by that time. As of now I have test prop, cyp and winstrol Tabs... I also have about a months of anadrol.. with all this said — most important for me has been that my D**k has worked like a champ!! I get mixed info about tren, eq, deck messing with your erections... should I just stay on the simple test and winny cycle?? And or use deca get big AF and hopefully I can get it up?!!! What’s a good stack to take that has worked with you or anyone for that matter???
First and foremost you have to come to terms on what goal you ultimately want to commit to.. where do you see yourself from a year's time? Now break that down into increments and focus on small Target goals in the meantime..
You can do a lot with testosterone and nandrolone although other compounds are more favorable for obvious reasons, nandrolone is pretty much multifunctional and of course the same applies for testosterone above and beyond anything else..
You're going to have some trade-offs, somewhere along the line you're going to make some sacrifices but it doesn't have to come at the expense of giving up your health mentally or physically..
Testosterone and nandrolone have been tested tried-and-true for decades and decades.. I would use that combo and learn how to adjust things in either direction with finding all of your sensitivities.. you don't need much of either..
Nandrolone responds amazingly well with a calorie enriched diet, they can do amazing things if you feed it macros.. the quality of nutrition with protein and carbohydrates is what's pivotal.. quantity does matter but quality comes first!
I started this whole journey getting on a diet. Keto to be exact, I wanted to lose fat but use test to build muscle. I was fat (don’t know body%) .. drooped over 40lbs ... trimmed down as well as bulked up somewhat. I look and feel completely different! I did use test In high school so I kinda had a stocky frame... is keto a good diet to continue on or atleast for the next cycle???
Not trying to be an asshole but you really need to study up on this stuff. If you’re going to cycle aas you really need to not only understand what to do but why you’re doing it. Knowing what substances do what and understanding if you do x you’re going to need to also do y, so to speak. Only way to make informed decisions.

Are you single digit body fat? Post a pic.
If so, then go on and start adding calories and some more/different gear. Single digit body fat is a great starting place for growing.
did you get npp or deca? Deca I wouldn’t run any less than 12-16 weeks. Npp sure you could but should probably pct first and recover unless you plan on staying on for lifeJust picked up some nandrolone!! My personal opinion.. I'm all about switch-hitting, I have a goal in mind but right when I get to the finish point I sometimes change things up and I extend them, it's not necessarily A Bad thing.. whatever you ultimately decide to switch up and change you have to be on point and you have to treat it like it's the original goal.. you can extend this, but if you lost weight I wouldn't even attempt to try to bulk, you're going against everything you've accomplished..
You can go into a mock re-comp.. you will be essentially trying to lose as much unwanted adipose tissue while attempting to add size.. do you think you're under 20% body fat??

Then continue cutting. And drop this language like "small guy." That sort of thinking is why we have so many bloated fat asses on steroids on this board. The gyms are frequented by fat guys on steroids who think they are "big." If they try to cut, they stop after a few weeks because they are getting "small." Dude, it's fat. You will look so much more impressive at 8-9% body fat than at higher than 20% or even 15% or even 12%.Honestly no. I’m probably about that 20%. Maybe little more. Iv never been a small guy, been a full back and running back as a kid all the way up through high school.
