Alright so I've been tossing around the idea of starting a log to keep me on track mainly with diet as hitting the gym is the easier part. If I make it public ill be more likely to keep myself in line.
As of right now I'm just starting a cruise at 200mgs a week of gear church test e. Gonna also be running 10 mgs a day of cardarine. My goal for this cruise is to let my body recover from my last blast and get rid of some of my fluff I gained while bulking. I got a little crazy with the food.
My meals are pretty basic for now, its easier for me to track my macros that way and once I get adjusted to it its easier for me to stay on track. My basic meal plan for the day is as follows.
Meal #1
1.5 cup egg whites
1.5 cup oats.
Meal #2 3 and 4 are all the same for now i will switch it up if I grow tired of it but its easier to cook the same shit for the meals I bring out of the house for work. Ill be alright for the next 8-10 weeks.
8OZ. lean groind turkey
1/4 cup jasmine rice
1/3 cup peppers and onions
Meal 5 will be a variation of turkey chicken venison veggies and a carb source of what I can fit with my remaining macros.
Some random apples and bananas and a few rice cakes thrown in at some point for when I get hangry.
Also protein shake post workout.
Total calories around 3k slightly below maintenance. I may adjust accordingly depending on how fast or not the fluff starts to go.
Supps are as follows
200mg test e a week. Gear church
10mg Cardarine . Am pm dosing.
Fish oil 2-3k mg a day depending on when I remember to take.
Milk thistle 240mg 2-3 times a day.
Nac
Glucosamine chondroitin
Coq10
Emergen c pack once a day cuz everyone is sick right now.
Aromasin 12.5 the day following pin. May adjust dose not 100% sure about the quality of what i have. My e2 goes up pretty quick b.p. water retention etc. Even on a cruise dose.
Maybe Hcg 250iu 2x a week cuz my balls shrank since starting trt last year they hurt sometimes and Its been awhile since I shot a triple roper. Hopefully its just atrophy and not testicle cancer.
Also gonna start a short blast of tamoxifen cuz I got a little lump from my last cycle, hopefully try to shrink it. Its not terrible but its there.
I think that's the basic gist of it. This will prob be relatively boring until my blast in mid march, but its mainly for the routine and accountability on my end. I might add some random stuff here and there. Plus I like This forum the most out of the few I'm on so I decided to be a little more active.
Well I spent the last hour pacing around the house while writing this and its time to take my problem child pitbull outside for some excersize. Thanks for checking it out. If you feel like adding any input at any point feel free cuz I'm nowhere near a lot of you guys in here as far as my goals with size and strength and it would be greatly appreciated.
