Alright so I've been tossing around the idea of starting a log to keep me on track mainly with diet as hitting the gym is the easier part. If I make it public ill be more likely to keep myself in line.

As of right now I'm just starting a cruise at 200mgs a week of gear church test e. Gonna also be running 10 mgs a day of cardarine. My goal for this cruise is to let my body recover from my last blast and get rid of some of my fluff I gained while bulking. I got a little crazy with the food.

My meals are pretty basic for now, its easier for me to track my macros that way and once I get adjusted to it its easier for me to stay on track. My basic meal plan for the day is as follows.

Meal #1
1.5 cup egg whites
1.5 cup oats.

Meal #2 3 and 4 are all the same for now i will switch it up if I grow tired of it but its easier to cook the same shit for the meals I bring out of the house for work. Ill be alright for the next 8-10 weeks.

8OZ. lean groind turkey
1/4 cup jasmine rice
1/3 cup peppers and onions

Meal 5 will be a variation of turkey chicken venison veggies and a carb source of what I can fit with my remaining macros.

Some random apples and bananas and a few rice cakes thrown in at some point for when I get hangry.

Also protein shake post workout.

Total calories around 3k slightly below maintenance. I may adjust accordingly depending on how fast or not the fluff starts to go.



Supps are as follows
200mg test e a week. Gear church

10mg Cardarine . Am pm dosing.

Fish oil 2-3k mg a day depending on when I remember to take.

Milk thistle 240mg 2-3 times a day.

Nac

Glucosamine chondroitin

Coq10

Emergen c pack once a day cuz everyone is sick right now.

Aromasin 12.5 the day following pin. May adjust dose not 100% sure about the quality of what i have. My e2 goes up pretty quick b.p. water retention etc. Even on a cruise dose.

Maybe Hcg 250iu 2x a week cuz my balls shrank since starting trt last year they hurt sometimes and Its been awhile since I shot a triple roper. Hopefully its just atrophy and not testicle cancer.

Also gonna start a short blast of tamoxifen cuz I got a little lump from my last cycle, hopefully try to shrink it. Its not terrible but its there.

I think that's the basic gist of it. This will prob be relatively boring until my blast in mid march, but its mainly for the routine and accountability on my end. I might add some random stuff here and there. Plus I like This forum the most out of the few I'm on so I decided to be a little more active.

Well I spent the last hour pacing around the house while writing this and its time to take my problem child pitbull outside for some excersize. Thanks for checking it out. If you feel like adding any input at any point feel free cuz I'm nowhere near a lot of you guys in here as far as my goals with size and strength and it would be greatly appreciated.

Fasted cardio am 35 min. Stationary bike
5mg cardarine am

First day back to work after a short lay off from my job, busy day. Exhausted this afternoon.

Pm cardio 30 min incline treadmill

Tamoxifen 20 mg

Pm 5 mg cardarine

Pm meal egg white omelette and 1/4 cup of oats.



The hyper libido from coming off blast is fading, as well as the other benefits time to get some rest.

Am fasted cardio 25 min stationary bike.

Felt tired most the day till I got to the gym and got my warm up sets in. Stuck to diet protocol minus 25 pistachios i ate right before I started lifting. Yea I counted them. Calorie deficit energy is low but I'm telling myself shut up and just do the work so I'm not gonna complain about it everyday.

Cardarine am/pm dose 10mg total

Tamoxifen 20mg

Aromasin 12.5 (extremely questionable about this one may go back to adex just wanted to use it while I was cruising in case it wasn't working.. My small gyno lump is a little bigger and some soreness). *note non board sponsor

Also 2nd G.C. test e pin 100mgs. Smooth gear so far. Pinned quads both times sometimes they're a little bit sensitive but so far g2g.

Shoulder day focused more on volume and contracting the muscle. makes me appreciate those days where ya feel invincible and don't wanna leave the gym definately wasnt one today. Its been about 10 days since my last pin from my blast its,def noticeable. Not crashed sex drive is still there just less strength and stamina also has to do with less food. Prob some mental too. Ah well.

You too! Yep they pulled 13 inches of a rope out of his intestines. Lucky he made it. Hes gotta eat chicken and rice till hes healed up so we meal prep together. Have to beef him back up he lost weight quick for the week he was in the vet. 3500 dollars later, And having the vet act like im a incompetetant dog owner cuz he managed to eat it, Fighting one day dying from blocked intestines the next but all good now. This ones turning into a handful!

4am coffee brewin Saturday morning ready for cardio feel pretty damn good overall. Last blast i came off i was dragging ass. Stamina fades quick while at the gym but this weeks been busy for the little bit of rest Ive had.

Also the hunger from eating like a ravenous pig from the holidays and using bulking as an excuse to shove more food in is going away.

Can feel the tamoxifen starting to kick in it makes me a little more compassionate and mushy feeling than normal. I may switch to letro if its not shrinking down in a week or so. Seems im a heavy converter I kinda wanna see how I react to letro anyway to see if it may be an option to run as my A.I. low dose while blasting.

I've been running all r.c. or ugl. a.I.'s so that may have something to do with the dose requirements. My last blast I pulled bloods when I was only at 450 test e and 200 npp with .5mg adex ed. And my e2 was over 40 which at the time didn't Realy present any issues other than my regular lump from puberty starting to swell. Just seems like alotta dudes can get away with less.

Now I'm rambling on like a old dude on my computer from 1993, oh well i prob am considered old to some of you. 33 was basically geriatric when I was in my 20s. Have a good weekend!

Haha that's for sure. I only go through about 2 1/2 chords each winter here so it's not quite as bad. It only really sucks when you don't prepare for winter and have to last minute everything lol

Hunger has adjusted only took a week didnt go crazy Sunday with a,cheat meal.

Am fasted state cardio

1.5 cups eggs 1/2 cup oats standard breakfast being consumed as i write this. Still on track as far as that goes I can see some abs poking thru in the morning and more definition in my shoulders, lower back fat is the,stubborn bitch I have a problem with.

"Gyno" lump is shrinking, good cuz i hate how serms effect my brain even at a, low dose. Like a fuckin emo rollercoaster in my mind all day.

Bp is hanging just around 120/72 ish which is a decent improvement. Face still gets red as fuck while training but whatever as long as I'm not up from there all the time. (Just donated blood its not high hemo)

I forgot to mention i use daily cialis.

Also eat grapefruit, the synergy of it and cialis lowering bp is actually working in my favor.

Chest day this afternoon.

Had a ice storm last night not looking forward to the sketchy long drive to work.

Feeling surprisingly good for being in a deficit almost wondering if its enough. Maybe its the cardarine.

Shootin for leg day this afternoon hopefully can get to the gym a little early before the new years resolutioners crowd shows up during rush hour. I get frustrated easily with people rushing around me when I'm squatting. Not working in the typical 1 hour commute city today so it might work out.

Some acne starting to pop up on my shoulders and back.

Def post workout cardio. I just noticed I forgot to add the weight of the barbell with those numbers. Generally 20 min post workout is my usual but Lately I like first thing in the morning gets my day started good plus it seems like its helping burn off some of body fat. Rest day from lifting

Acne is starting to increase a considerable amount on my chest and shoulders. I never actually wrote down the amount of time between coming off blast and relation to acne breakouts. This time ill obviously have an idea how long it takes to level back out. Gonna try to avoid Accutane as much as possible.
