The BLAST officially starts today.
Here is what weve got cooking this go around....
Cycle length may vary but if all goes well 20 weeks will be the cut off point, unlike some I enjoy longer cycles.
Here is the cycle layout
750 Test Iso ew
400 Tren Hex ew
450 NPP ew
2-3 IU GH 5× per week
50mg Anadrol for the last 6 weeks
Gonna start at 20mg Aromasin Ed and adjust accordingly
40mgs Nolva ED also to keep gyno at bay
Diet will be Training and Non Training day layout that look like as follows.
Non-Training Days
Meal 1 -
3 Whole Eggs
1C Liquid Egg Whites
1/2c oats (25ish g carbs)
Meal 2 –
60g Whey
2 Tbsp Natural Pb
Meal 3 –
8oz Chicken Breast or White Fish
60g almonds or ½ avocado
1c Greens (broccoli, spinach, brussel sprouts etc.)
Meal 4 –
8oz Chick Breast or White Fish
1/2c potato/rice
2tbsp EVOO
1c Greens
Meal 5 -
6oz ground turkey or chicken breast
60g almonds or 1/2 avocado
Meal 6 –
10oz Red Meat (93/7 ground beef, Flank Steak, Eye of round, London Broil, Lean Sirloin or
Salmon)
2c greens
Training Days
Meal 1 –
50g Whey
1/2c oats
1 piece of fruit
2 tbsp Natural PB
Meal 2 – (Post Workout Shake as soon as you’re home. Blend this up.)
2.5C Liquid Egg Whites
2 packets oats
1 banana
Add stevia or sweet and low to taste if you want
Meal 3 – (1.5 hour after Shake)
6oz Chicken Breast or White Fish
1c Jasmine or White Rice
Meal 4 -
6oz Chicken Breast or White Fish
1/2c Jasmine or White Rice
Meal 5 –
8oz Red Meat (as listed above)
1c greens
Meal 6 –
7oz Chicken Breast or White Fish
1/2c Jasmine or White Rice
Meal 7 –
6oz Red Meat
