Appetite suppressant and or fat burner

What is the best fatburner and or appetite suppressant on the market nowadays. Wife has been going hard on diet and training and has hit a roadblock. Any suggestions? What's worked for you?

Best stimulant fat burner OTC is ephederine and caffeine, period. I order Bronkaid (ephedrine sulfate), some prefer Primatine (ephederine HCl). Also works as a pretty powerful appetite suppressant in some. Best on the black market is going to be clenbuterol.

If she's hit a plateau though, the problem is most likely diet or training related. First stop is usually more cardio in my book...is she lifting with some decent intensity? Could be another very important factor. Last thing is lowering calories. It's more likely that she's not eating enough...that's typically the problem for women in my experience

I agree. I still use the 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and 325mg aspirin combo. That along with fasted cardio or split cardio gets me shredded along with a keto diet

Ladies like Clenbuterol as I know. also agrees with what is said above - caffeine and ephedrine have a good effect. But without a good diet plan, all this will not work.

I like a product called SuperStim by Driven Sports. It's a great appetite suppressant. And a decent fat burner.

    I like ECA as well.

I would recommend SIBUTRAMINE. This is a real working appetite suppressor.

Also Id like to point out that I have access to TESOFENSINE 30T х 0,5MG. It is said to be one of the most powerful and safe appetite suppressor to date. Unfortunately, right now it is only present on black market and final thoughts on real effect can only be made after a couple of months. Such precaution is necessary, so that everyone get objective info not add. slogans.

    What diet is she on?

    Low carb, Keto?

She may have stalled her metabolism by too few calories or she needs a refeed.

Hell, my fiancee has been increasing calories as she diets down under tren2k14's watchful eye

I think drugs suck and are a crutch that really doesn't work when it comes to weight loss.

I agree to a point. I think they can assist in a proper cut or recomp to help speed the process along a little, but nothing makes up for proper diet with adequate training volume and intensity. People, especially women, tend to think that a continual drop in calories are required for cutting down...I prefer the approach of matching diet to body comp testing and even increasing calories as muscle mass is added, but adding incrementally more cardio if fat loss stalls. It works. At the leanest I've ever been I was also eating a lot more than I ever had before. In my opinion it's the best way to hold on to and even gain lean mass whole losing fat. Add in the drugs on top of that and it makes you really pop.

    Appetite Suppressant:

I have used sibutramine with benefit. Adderall too.

But best I took was phentermine.

I don't like the fat burners bc of the unnatural stim it gives.

If she has been dieting cutting calories for a extended period of time, with propper training & rest Skip just gave u the best answer imo.
Her body basically went into survival mode, up her calories & fat i take short term.
