    Big Panda are you there? I placed an order on your main web site a few days ago but need help making a donation. I PMed you 3 days ago and also emailed you. I have not gotten a response. I know you are busy. Have you re-assessed your decision not to have a rep here...JeffG made it super super easy to place orders and get questions asked.

    I finally got a response from W from the main PPL contact email. It stated that PPL is no longer accepting Western Union but that they have a debit card option. Unfortunately, the instructions to use a card don't work. Big Panda please get another rep. Please.

    I am going to go another rout until PPL gets sorted. I will be back, folks, PPL has done me right too many times to write them off. I am currently qualified to compete at nationals (and have been told that if I can keep my gut flat I have a shot at a procard).

    None of that would be possible w/ out PPL.

    A good rep could easily solve this problem. I have seen it happen many times. You prices are dirt cheap, hire a rep and raise them a bit, this is not rocket science it is basic business 101. It is a separate issue from the current customs hysteria.

    I know things are tough right now. I am a loooooong time PPL customer right now but the message I am getting from them is to go fuck myself.

    No, I do not. However, we are moving forward. Lots of short term problems, but Panda usually finishes strong.

    I heard the card option will be available again soon bud if not already.

    I don't know much about it but sounds as easy as buying a prepaid Visa gift card and using it to place an order.
