    Hey there! Not yet measurements will be coming up soon. I do them momthly. Last few days i have been looking much leaner so i am kinda excited to see what has been accomplised so far. Will have an update of changes and shit a little later on

    Ok so shit has went super this week. As i said last week shit was a little.rough but i was coming back 2x as hard and that's what i did! No BS or talk just real results and pushing limits.

    This week lost 1.7lbs so lost the .5 i gained last week plus another 1.2lbs

    Still the strongest chick in the gym even on a cut and even more than some of the guys and it'snot for weight its just period!!!!! A sweet pr of a 315lb squat for 5 sets of 3!!!

    CHANGES COMING UP
    - primo to 50mg a week split 2 doses
    - Training back to pushing limits and heavy ass weight ( this will preserve or even add more muscle)
    THINGS THAT ARE STAYING THE SAME
    -var 15mg
    - macros (still losing so need to change atm)
    - hiit 2 to 3x a week
    - keeping majority of carbs pre workout ( seems this really helped alot!)

    COMING UP SEPT 7th will be measuments and comparison pics to show what has been accomplished.

    Yep a huge one. I don't think i ever went above 225 before. Maybe i did 245 before not 100% sure though . To remember the day when i want to deadlift 275 and now i am rowing it

    Just wanted to share a throwback to show how much progress has come over the years

    I rememeber when my goal was just to be small and have a small number on the scale. Well now its to be muscular strong!!!

    Squats- 315lbs 5x3 335lbs 1rm

    Deads- 325lbs x 3

    Bench- 205lbs x5 215lbs 1rm

    Thanks brother!!! I don't talk the talk. I walk the walk and live the real life. . It's sad to say most gym goers don't even look like they go to the gym. If people don't know you lift outside of the gym then you don't even lift .

    It's always funny when people ask do you work out? Um no i am just a monster of nature lol. Or the people who ask do i compete nope not for me i can't handle counting my almonds

    We must go to the same gym because I see the same thing no results or changes in how people look. And I get asked all the time if I complete but Iím with you itís another level and much respect to those who do compete. Yes you walk the walk.

    . Exactly. Too many people claiming the life that look like the regular oinker known by name at McDonalds .

    I agree much respect for them but not my cup of tea. I want to go for the best body that can be kept year around.
