I want to run a second cycle, not sure what gear to stack with test? I'm want to burn body fat while maintaining and growing muscle mass. My current body composition is 185lbs body fat 22% I'm 5'7. My goal is to drop significant body fat% and get shredded.
What cycles should I look into?
How should my diet be? Carb cycle?
