this thread will be a log and review on PuritySourceLabs Euro-Pharmacies Methyl-1-testosterone (M1T) + Vitamins B12

I had these for free from PSL.
Yes, you read that right: FREE!

To be added for the duty that communication with them is a phenomenal thing, very short times, ultra fast shipments.
Really really satisfied with how these guys works.

To better test this coupon, I'm going to not change anything about what I'm doing right now.
I don't change my current cycle, I don't change my diet, I don't change my training regime.
I simply add the m1t and the vitamin to my body and see what happens.

Starting point is 10 mg pre-workout plus 10 mg in the morning as soon as I wake up on an empty stomach.
And then we'll think about it when the time comes...or a tablet every 8 hours or something more in the workout.
But before let's start to see how it goes with the low doses.

For B12 I was thinking 1 ml every 3 days.

If you have experience and have advice, they are always welcome.
If you have questions, something to test, try asking and I will evaluate.


I will start with the coming week ... Stay Tuned

I would split my M-1-T into 2 daily doses.
I would take one of them about 1-2 hrs before your workout.
With your b-12 your gonna split the amp into 2 shots per week. Is this. Correct?

I am also interested in seeing and I hope it works well.
only flaw is that at this time I don't have a diet for bulk.
But I will feel the need maybe add some carbohydrate here and there.


Should try it with trest and anadrol ... I don't even want to think about what might happen...but... maybe this winter :D
 
My triceps are about to explode.

A very good pump. But I hope it does not go too far otherwise it will be impossible to train.

However, 10 mg pre workout and 10 mg post workout

Today 40 mg total.

...mmhh..maybe it's better to go to the gym to train them because only asking... don't know if they become big.

Today abs and trap because the elbows make me an absurd evil.
 
The abdominals is the only muscle group that my coach leaves me "free" to ally alone.
so I do not have a precise training sched.


I usually do:

2 or max 3 different exercises - 4/5 sets each exercise - for the lower abs
hanging reverse crunch, reverse crunch on Ab Dip Station,...


2 or max 3 different exercises - 4/5 sets each exercise - for high ones
There are many different machines for these but I definitely prefer the nice bench tilted and overweight.


Every series I do 8 to 15 reps obviously controlled, without oscillations, etc.
I try to get to failure. I keep the last ones to do SST with a slightly high TUT.


30-45 sec between the sets.


Some final pumping maybe to the cables.


I should train them 3 times a week but ... I usually do 2.


Here and there I do some exercise for the oblique and the whole side of the torso (oblique, serratus, etc)

Here something to keep in mind.



Although it has only been a few days since I start the use of M-1-T, I have already seen a considerable increase in strength.
As often happens with the oral ones that enter the circle very quickly.


This leads to very intense workouts.


The advice is:
do not overdo the weights.
The muscles hold up but the tendons, the joints, etc ... these are likely to give you trouble.


Instead of increasing weights (if not a little bit) it's better to do one more rep and one more series than usual or do all the exercises done better, more slowly, etc.

So do not rubbish your joints with consequent pain and stop from training.


I went there with my first time under injectable anadrol.
So much strength and weights on weights already from the first week. Once the anadrol was detached, I could no longer feel my elbows. I suffered for two weeks.


The same thing is happening right now with M-1-T. Last night I realized that I was doing the same bullshit.
I started up, and I kept the same weights of the previous workout.


I had a very good and intense training and I hope not to pay the consequences today.


Two nights ago instead, I trained with loads too high and even without doing even warm up and I hurt my elbows the day after.



Remember the mistakes and learn about them.

Looking good brother. Has the lethargic feeling came yet? I had the original M1T in 2008 and couldn’t deal with it. It was going around my gym like cocaine (M1T and Finaflex 550-xd). Very potent stuff and I seen guy's making insane gains in week’s.
 
no, no lethargy for now (and I hope not even later).

However, I noticed that I sleep a bit more .But this morning I woke up at 4:30 and at 7 I was in the gym.
 
These were my legs this morning.
These are my weak and lacking point.
I'm working hard at this time to bring them to the same level as the upper body.

So true brother. Many..especially first time cyclers get cocky when they feel their strength start to increase. That's how torn muscles, tendons, and ligaments happen. It's important to gradually increase the weight and let your connective tissue strengthen along with it. Plus for bodybuilding purposes putting up huge weight is not important.

Oh, I almost forgot.
The dosage is already 40 mg/ED so divided:
10 just awake morning
10 at 13 for lunch
10 pre workout
10 post workout



For now the only side are the usual pains in the elbows (which often strike me with these things) and a minimum to the low back and a little lack of thirst. On this last point I will do a dedicated post tomorrow.
