PSL Methyl-1-testosterone (M1T) + Vitamins B12

12 days have passed.


All the upper part of the upper-body, it seems a little bigger.
Arms, shoulders ... even my missing trap seems to come out of hibernation.


I hope it also can happens in the legs and it would not hurt in the chest.

74.3 kg just weighed.
the vitamin b I would say that helped, I do not feel tired at all, on the contrary ...
definitely tomorrow morning I'll inject 1 ml so I'm ready for the weekend
 
it's always a sad day when they end.
but tomorrow I will be happy as a child to open new ones.

10 mg just wake up (more or less 6 AM)
10 mg at lunch (1 PM)
10 mg pre-wo (6 PM)
10 mg post-wo - Dinner (8 PM)


and the additional 10 mg... where do I enter them?
mid-morning?
I would not do pre-wo, because the pump could be too much and I can not train.
20 mg post-wo?
any idea?

20 at once could spike BP so be careful. However, you seem to be responding well. I'm a pump junkie so I'd try 20 pre workout

At 5 a day, your levels of the hormone will be more then consistent as the half life of it is 9-12 hours. Your gonna look like a Greek God with a nice pump all day, that is for sure:)
That's the type of stuff I like. I see why it's great for a prep. My experience with this hormone is nothing short of legendary proportions...

Weight this morning: 73.9 Kg
The weight is a bit 'ups and downs' (always taken the same morning conditions). But in general increasing.

Dosage: 40 mg/ed


I had no major side effects, but let's see together:
-sleepiness: not a lot and with a little more vitamins it's bearable
-dolours: especially at the elbows, as well as some other joints and at the neck
-hunger: a little less but generally I do not listen to hunger, I follow my programming
-thirst: this unfortunately a little reset. I drink less and I have to force me to reach my usual quota
-stomach: that sense of heaviness of the stomach and a continuous nausea that does not leave you alone

Now we come to the positive facts:
-force: a lot, increased considerably, harder and more intense workouts
-musculature: considerably greater volume, larger, but also fuller, and always very defined without fluid retention

weight dropped to 73,6 Kg = 162,2 libre (as you prefer)

Yesterday I made a sort of "break" so I lost a bit of fluids and fullness.
But today start again, in a couple of hours gym: biceps

To well calculate (and I do not use the word "calculate" randomly), there is another very bad thing to take into consideration at these dosages (I am at 60 mg/ed).



My last box will last no more than a week :( :( :(
