I want to keep giving fasted cardio a try and figured I’ll stick up on one of the two but which would you recommend I use for fasted cardio sessions???
Standard bcaas or eaas ?
Or fuck it don’t matter?
BUTCH GITS
1. Fasted cardio has no added benefit. Weight loss is dependant on deficit in the whole day.
2. Its not fasted if you take something and insulin gets spiked.
3. Whey has both bcaa and eaa. So whey is better.
Your welcome

Through which pathway ?
As in mechanism of action

Energy pathways are for ATP production. We are talking recovery which uses fatty acids in energy depletion workouts.
SCIENCE TO PRACTICE
Eventually all energy is provided by Atp and after workout your body works towards restocking that atp.
I would like to know as to how specifically fat is used for this purpise. Surely there must be a pathway. Like beta oxidation during work out.
I think you need to run for a long time at steady state to run out of other reservoirs. Since if you running at vt1. Aerobic glycolysis is sufficient for 30-60 mins

BUTCH GITS
If i ask you whats your max deadlift ? How about i post a video of mine ? Will sound retarded in a conversation involving exercise science.
That reply is retarded. Outcome of anything is goal dependant and knowledge is not bound to having abs but now that i am on a cut. You will have a picture of abs to wank off to soon.
You speak like a total gym bro.

I dont use supplements except for protein powder if I am rushed for breakfast. I workout before breakfast on weekdays but on weekends I have a little something (like a plain yellow potato) to control my blood sugar (diabetes) because the gym opens 3 hrs later.
SCIENCE TO PRACTICE
I am open minded and asking for a picture in conversation of nutrition and exercises is the thing that's disrespectful. Actually you were the one who missed the point. You need hve an open mind that a person does not need to be ripped to shreds to give you advise. Knowledge is based on experience, education and reading.
