Hey guys I am 41 and have been running cycles for a few years now. 3 days ago I did an extremely vigorous biceps and triceps workout. The next day and even now my Left Bicep is puffy and hard as a rock. My right bicep is just the opposite. It feels like a flat tire. Even when I flex there is no puffiness and it feels like touching a marshmallow. The day after my workout I did have a little pain in the bend of my arm ( Nothing Unbearable) just a little sore and tight. So today I go back and do a decent bicep and tricep workout hoping to get some pump and hardness back in my right bicep ( Still feels like a marshmallow ). Has this ever happened to anyone here ? Any advice ? Thanks
